Calling Sally in the Huntingdon Store, she explained how I could order and arrange payment by calling Michael. This I did and he couldn't have been more helpful. I love DREAMS and highly recommend the Company

Double Mattress Delivery
The double mattress was delivered an hour early, which was fine as I was at home. The delivery driver called 10 minutes before arrival to advise me he was on his way.
The delivery team was courteous and efficient.
I can thoroughly recommend "Dreams" for beds and mattresses and associated items.

A very pleasant way to spend £1000.
We were welcomed by Michel at the Huntingdon store, and guided through the process of selecting a suitable mattress. We were then provided with refreshments whilst the paperwork for the purchase was completed and the whole experience was first class. Michel was both very pleasant and very professional in the handling of the purchase and should be commended for her professionalism.

What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience! I never knew buying a new mattress could be so much fun. The store team were great. Sally (Huntingdon) wis amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, makes great coffee and funny! What more do you need? Great experience!

Let down on Delivery
Fantastic sales service and experience. We were let down on the delivery date unfortunatey. We had agreed Saturday 6th Setember with the shop, having paid extra for the delivery. ( this was discounted by the shop as we had spent a lot of money) when we got the text before delivery it was coming on Monday 8th which obviously wasn't convenient. We had to wait until 20th to get the delivery. It was very disappointing. The delivery went without a hitch and the guys were really professional. My advice is don't wait until they text you with delivery details follow up a few weeks before to check they have it correct.

The Huntingdon store were great really helpful and not pushing you for a sale.

Mattress is extremely comfortable, much better than we anticipated as it can be a bit hit and miss, so we're very happy with it.
Delivered on time and the delivery team let us know when they were going to arrive and they were very polite and courteous. Just perfect all round. Thanks.
