I first spoke to a member of staff on the helpline, she was so polite and helpful. Went into store and they were really friendly and very helpful, I got what I wanted and will 100% be going back soon to buy another bed for me. Beds are so comfy and plenty to choose from.

We visited the Dreams store in Huntingdon this week.
As we entered the store we were immediately met by one of the assistants who, although was currently dealing with another customer, quickly got us underway on the Dreams Sleep Match experience. A great system that determines the best mattresses for you.
By the time we'd finished, the assistant was waiting for us to show us and explain the proposed mattresses.
We bought a mattress and the whole experience was efficient and pleasant.
Highly recommended.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable in store service to help. We were impressed by the SleepMatch technology and how it helped correctly identify mattresses suitable for us. We were also pleased to find quality products for less than we expected to pay

Glen and the Delivery Team were exceptional. they kept me informed of arrival time and were extremely courteous and polite throughout the installation process. They were careful and considerate of my home and wore protective shoe covering to protect my carpets. They were very professional in all their dealings with me.

So back in September of 2021 we decided it was time to get a new bed as ours is now held together with ratchet straps we decided to treat ourselves to a brand new bed and mattress... we tried a few and decided a super king Tokyo was the one for us winner store assistant was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Deposit paid and assured there was a small wait time but should be delivered by christmas. So off we went nice and happy that I could finally get my ratchet straps back and we get some free firewood from the old bedframe...... well that's where the pleasantries ended we get a phone call in December saying the factory had burnt down so we will have to pick another bed.. 1 week later we finally get an email with a new choice of beds so 1 evening we sat down to pick another bed over some photos with we decided on and lt dreams no what choice we had made, we was told OK February should be a good for delivery so now 5 MONTHS after our initial purchase dates and a quick Google of factory fires brought up nothing about any fire in Malaysia where the beds are made must enjoy the cheap labour I suppose.

February comes and goes and yet another delay on materials so now dilevery will be on 22nd APRIL that's today I here you say. Well 3 DAYS ago we had a phone call explain that there has been another delay I'm guessing GODZILLER or the KRAKEN must have arisen from the depths and brought the ship down with it Google once again never came back with anything so I'm guessing the government have done a good job of covering it up....
Well now we are onto our next deliver date of 13 MAY 8 MONTHS after our initial purchase date, We have received a £250 refund for the wait only due to me finally having enough of excuses and waiting 8 Months for a bed. So 13 being unlucky we are now awaiting another excuses of some excellent proportion.

Would I buy from Dreams again 100% NOT

Absolutely shocking.

Went to Dreams after being badly let down by another company, wish I'd have done more research and gone to dreams first. I really can't fault the time and care taken to make sure I found the mattress best suited for me 100% recommend.

Amazing sales team in Huntingdon Cambridgeshire and speedy delivery of bed and mattress of our choice.

When we entered the store we had a rough idea of what we wanted - we were greeted by a friendly sales assistant who showed us to the products available - everything was explained and we placed an order - looking forward to receiving the items now

Our previous Dreams divan was getting a bit old so we visited the Huntingdon Store to order a new one. We love Dreams and their super king range is ideal for us.
The ladies who helped us were good fun and very knowledgeable. It was easy from start to finish and we even took advantage of their interest free credit - well, why wouldn't we? We also arranged delivery and the removal of the old bed which is a Godsend to older customers like us.

From the moment we walked in the door Michel, the assistant couldn't be more helpful. She showed us and let us try all the mattresses suitable for our needs. The ordering was easy and I like the fact the mattress is delivered to room, not left at the front door. The chargeable option to dispose of the old mattress for complete recycling is a great bonus too. All in all a very good experience.

Fantastic service, staff listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly that, explaining the different options in our preferred style and the pros/cons in an objective manor but with personal experience also offered. Friendly knowledgeable staff and a very pleasant buying experience

We visited the store to buy a new bed and mattress and were so impressed by the extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient staff, real genuine customer service. They spent as much time with us as we needed, we tried out lots of different beds until we found the one we wanted and their advice really helped. It was a very positive shopping experience and would definitely recommend. Shows the value of a specialist shop and the product was high quality.

Our experience buying our new bed was very easy from going into the store to delivery.
The sales person was very helpful and informative and nothing was too much trouble.
We were kept informed regarding delivery and called on the day to clarify the time slot. The delivery drivers we very polite and respectful, again nothing was too much trouble.
We are very happy with our new bed and would definitely recommend Dreams to others.

Michel and Michael showed me around explaining all the matresses types to me which was fantastic as I had not bought a matresses for over 20 years and the technology has changes so much.

Very helpful, would recommend again in a flash. Also helped we were made aware of the sales and the end dates.

First visit was superb I had to return for more! Entirely satisfied with the service I received, soon becoming a regular. I have big dreams and can not think of another company compatible enough to provide the right ‘bedding’ to ensure my sleep/dreams are peaceful enough to manifest into reality. Ps I also want to wine the prize draw 😅
