On arrival a young dark haired lady Sadie I think, welcomed us and offered refreshments and was allowing us to browse and stated she was available for any questions about the products then this guy Andy came over and started going on about perfect match or something. Found this a bit overwhelming and confused as to who should have been dealing with us. Seemed like he wanted to steal us away which we have never come across anywhere else from a salesperson obviously trying to get us to buy and get commission. This seems an outdated approach however not to be rude we politely allowed him to continue but left and drove to Bensons Beds at Peterborough instead. Genuinely feel sorry for the young lady whom we would’ve been happy to deal with.

Nice clean warm store. staff welcoming. Not pushy they ask you if you need any help they give you time to look around the store yourself. Then helped with the correct bed that we wanted. Ordered the tempur mattress which was delivered in two weeks from order. Great delivery team who explained about the mattress they also took my old one away. Everything was on time no delays kept informed all the way through the process was impressed with the service.

The sales assistants were amazing, answering all my questions and taking care of all my needs and the the delivery team were so polite and tidy too.

Excellent knowledgable salesman. Enthusiastic and not pushy. Very patient, we never felt rushed. The bed is very comfy and the pillow is unbelievable.

They showed me a range of mattresses that would suit my sleep style, including a very expensive mattress that I ended up choosing. The deal that was offered to me was a good deal and everything was done in a professional manner. I just wish they hadn’t shown me the Tempur mattress because once you have tried that nothing else seems any good.

Process from beginning to end has been a pleasant experience. Very happy with our purchase of new mattresses at very competitive pricing. Our mattress is so comfy it more than suits our requirements.

Everything happened as we were told it would. Lucy in the King's Lynn showroom was very helpful. Delivery and installation was trouble-free and the bed is soooo comfortable.

Store experience was good. The assistant was helpful but not pushy. We tried lots of mattresses and chose one. The ordering was easy and we were given all the information we needed.
