Love my new bed

Both the lady in the store who served us and the 3 delivery men, (I think their names where Chris, Danny & unfortunately, I can't remember the other man's name), were all friendly, polite and professional. I would definately recommend your shop to others.

Linda was amazing with us ! Gave us the best advice when buying the bed and accommodating our budget and needs , so friendly !! And even threw in some pillows and a mattress protecter aswell x

Amazing experience at the edge lane dreams store. Kelly was so helpful and found us our dream bed! We couldn’t be happier! I personally think the aintree and Speke stores should take notes from edge lane. After the service we received at them two stores we was about to leave going back. But we are so happy we went to the edge lane store! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable bed better sllep

I had a wonderful shopping experience at DREAMS along with my wife. The staff, Deb and Jen warmly and kindly greeted us and we felt welcome. Deb guided us to the type of mattress we wanted. We were given enough time to check the type of mattress and pillows we wanted. At the checkout process, Jen offered us a drink but we could not take it as we were in a rush. Jen also assisted us with picking the feather pillow, mattress protecter and duvet that we wanted. Everything was explained well to us and all our questions were answered. I highly recommend DREAMS

The staff were very understanding and listened to me, I had been into a number of other bed stores and never felt more comfortable than I did with the team in edge lane

Great service from start to finish . Allowed me to make changes a couple of times for my convenience. Delivery on time - delivery team very respectful of my home and delivered the bed to my room which was a loft room. Bed is very comfortable. I put it together by myself. Would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone wanting to purchase a bed of great quality and lovely service staff.

My family and I initially went out for some window shopping as we prepared for our new home, and we decided to stop by the Dream Love Your Bed store. We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the quality of the products available. With so many excellent choices, it was difficult to decide on just one. Thankfully, Jen came to our rescue, guiding us through the different options and explaining the benefits of each choice. She was truly amazing! Plus, it's worth mentioning that we received some great discounts as well.

Would recommend a visit to this store, easy parking, excellent choice, competitive prices and sound advice/service given to us by John.
Delivery was quick and arrived at the organised time.

First review-the bad experience makes me download this app and write it at the middle of the night because of the pain this mattress brought!

Where do I start…Been to their shop the first time and chose a bed frame which is fine, and we said we just gonna buy a mattress elsewhere because the mattress there is fairly expensive. The shop assistant said she could give us offers and see what we like. We chose a medium firm one, tried it on the store and it felt fine. The assistant said she have a clearance product which is similar to this and it only costs us 200+, she makes a bunch of free things(pillows+duvet) and adds up to the price of 400, which is what totally costs.

At the beginning, everything works fine. 4 weeks later the mattress seems to lost its support and my hip and waist started to hurt every single night! However they said it’s not refundable now, but could swop us with a new one, but will need to add up to the price. So we only have 200+ as a base money to buy a new mattress. Basically got scammed! I know we shouldn’t just believe the shop assistant and accept her offer, now we end up paying a lot more and don’t even know if any mattresses of this company are any good…and if they don’t match my expectations, I end up having another stuck mattress at home?

I don’t know what to do people, all I can say is stay away from this scam company trying to sell you clearance stuff

Both my husband and myself visited the Liverpool Edge Lane store and we were greeted and welcomed by John who was very informative and patient with our needs whilst we selected our purchase I must say all the staff were very friendly I would have no hesitation in recommending this store and John and all the amazing staff thank you

Excellent service throughout once I stepped into your shop up until my bed was delivered kept informed well in advance on my new purchase .

Really bad experience with this company. I bought a mattress and after some time it was damaged on one side( falling apart)but only one of the side not in the middle where is where I normally sleep . I did contact them and their reply was that the mattress was like that because of the time of use.
I am really disappointed because it was a expensive mattress and it was impossible to be damage on the side that is not use .
I do not recommend this company at all
