The only reason I do not give 5 stars is price. Their mattresses come at unreasonable prices and sales are encouraged by large "discounts" which leaves the mattresses at only above average/high prices.
Otherwise customer service etc. is great.

The mattress is so comfy and I get the best sleep my body feels supported and wake up feeling refreshed. Definitely 5 stars and more.

Excellent customer service, young man with torretts although he was perfectly fine when dealing with us which was for about 1 hour. Also very knowledgeable.

The staff made making my purchase really easy be showing me all the difference choices and prices .

The matress that I bought along with the bed Base was described as medium it is definitely a very firm matress and very uncomfortable its impossible to sleep on without waking up with a sore back or numb legs

Start to finish, the staff at the Livingston store were brilliant!
Robin dealt with our order, very professional and friendly.
I have to say that customer service also stepped up to the mark when i enquired about changing the name on the order for business purposes, which they did!!
Oh and the mattress!! Expensive yes, but what comfort!
10/10, cant recommend Dreams and the staff enough!

I had a great experience. Connor was extremely helpful and listened to everything that I needed.

Excellent service very helpfull. Helped me able to get correct suitable mattrice using computer. Also great advice on different types of beds. Very quick delivery and bed assembled quickly. Paid extra to get old bed taken away which was worth it.

My mum is 83 years old and not in the best of health. She really needed a new mattress but was a bit anxious about going out and trying them . Darren was so gentle ,patient and professional with her and made the process so easy . Delivery was on time and guys very helpful and again professional and lovely. Thanks Dreams team , we wouldn’t go anywhere else now .

Great reception/ excellent staff, faultless service and care !

On a spur of the moment decision we decided to replace our bed and headed up to Dreams to see what they had available. After talking to a wonderful staff member we tried their bed that would suggest which type of mattress would suit us best. We only had a week to wait for the bed to be delivered and the delivery people assembled the bed and took the old one away. We now have a wonderful bed which gives so much more support than the old one.

A really positive experience from the outset - Billy at the Livingston shop was very patient and polite and had no hesitation in showing me the different options available to me. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

I would recommend Dreams to anyone, the customer service was excellent. I was kept up to date throughout the process and the delivery team were knowledgably, respectful and got the job done with no fuss at all.
I love my new bed and meets my needs perfectly.
