Best company I have used in a long time from ordering online was kept informed from start to delivery and beyond price was great and received free pillows with my purchase of a mattress if I needed old one taken away this was an option delivery was quick they phoned me 1hour before the delivery drivers also wear overshoes to enter your home they even placed mattress on the bed & took polythene wrap with them gave instructions how long to air & if I wasn't satisfied to let them know so they would allow a return to pick another one can't recommend them highly enough and happy with good quality and excellent service

The bed and mattress are brill as were the guys who build the bed. Delivered on time. I would recommend Dreams to anyone.

Darren at the livingston store was so welcoming and friendly when we first arrived. He offered us a cup of tea/coffee and was super knowledgeable with the range of products especially the mattresses. He did not pressure us at all and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend visiting the store for your dream bed. Thank you again Darren for all your help, especially as first time buyers!

My experience was good as soon as we walked into the shop, the assisstant was very friendly and helpful asked if we'd like a coffee gave you time to discuss with you're partner.Then the delivery team were very friendly and helpful gave you all the helptime

I've never had an experience like this, horrible customer serving they are joking around don't listen properly what I am about to order, after leaving the store getting a call to return back as the payment they charged me is wrong they did a mistake and I paid less then I should they ask me to do a payment from a call I refused as I won't give then my card details, after returning back to the store I asked for a discount as I have to pay for their mistake and travel again,so one of those guys who served me the first time told me they can't do a discount but he can take me out for a breakfast instead that's just horrible behaviour that's harassment... after he called his friend next to him what they can do as I paid for travel the guys said they can make me porridge at the store if I fancy.. disgusting people working there. Got my bed delivered today the guys said I didn't paid for the bed to be esambled which I did but when I call the store they said I didn't which I have paid and I've checked that.. never again buy it from those people's who work at the store they take everything as a joke and don't work properly ! Guys who brought me the bed are such a blessing they helped me with the bed to esamble it and they have to deal with customers complains a lot they said so it's not only me who have this issue poor guys.

The advisor in the shop could not have been more helpful giving all the information regrading the grades and properties of the bed 🛌 base and selecting quality of the mattress
processing the order and going into details required to recycle the mattress and supplying the cover for safety to the delivery 🚚 employees
delivery was within the agreed timescale and was installed in a very efficient and friendly manner

The guys were brilliant nothing was to much bother all nice and clean and tidy

Absolutely awful service. I don't usually write reviews but want everyone to be aware. I ordered beds in January and upgraded the order of one to a super king. All was set for delivery on Tuesday. When the guys arrived, the chuckle brothers, only one bed was on the van.. I was told to call customer services. I called the livingston store where I ordered them. The computer was down and they couldn't help. One of the guys who knew I wasn't happy called his manager to discuss and said to him/her, do you want to speak to her (me) and apparently the manager said no.
So I called customer services, it was a 45 minute call wait supposedly, I had it on loud speaker when the guys were building the one bed they did have. Whilst they were building it, one of the guys had balanced the headboard, and then he walked away from it, and it came clattering down on the bed. The headboard and bed are wood; big chunks out of the headboard slats and the side of the bed. He was apologetic, however, when I asked to speak to his manager, he got jumpy and said his manager wouldn't speak to me and that they would report it- turns out they did but to say the bed arrived damaged now weeks for replacement parts... down two beds.
Meanwhile still on hold, the 45 minutes was 1hour 7, with the last 25 minutes telling me I only had 1 minute left to wait....
Whilst waiting, guess what?..... customers services calls me to leave a message to say they had heard the bed arrived damaged and have ordered new parts....
I decided to go into the livingston store yesterday, only one lady on who was serving customers... tried chat today... nothing, for hours and a useless response not acknowledging my issues. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.... They'll take your money and sell you the world no problem with systems then, but delivering to promise.. not very likely. Insult to injury the beds have now come down in price since I ordered them....

Great company to do business with. always the best mattress and best service from all staff including delivery.
