I went to New Malden branch to look for…
I went to New Malden branch to look for a new bed. The lady that served me was very helpful and gave me good advice. I was surprised at the time it took to deliver the bed.
Over all very happy with my experience.

Great Experience
The person who helped me at the New Malden store was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The bed arrived on time, the delivery staff were courteous and also knowledgeable on the product.

Brilliant process from start to finish
Brilliant process from start to finish. Loved that we could book a delivery slot and we didn’t have to wait too long. Everyone was super polite and the assembly men were very careful and tidy. Couldn’t find fault with anything. Purchased a double ottoman bed with headboard in my choice of fabric.

New Malden Dreams - great service :)
My son and I bought a mattress from the Dreams store near New Malden and received great service there just before Christmas. We needed a mattress before Christmas Eve and went the Saturday beforehand. The mattress arrived the following Wednesday, on time and is exactly what was needed.
