My son bought a bed from yourselves on September 5th. I left a 5 star review for the sales and helpfulness of St Clare of the Oxford depot in Botley. After a few weeks he contacted the store to enquire about a delivery date to which he was told the 5th of December!!! Come on Dreams do you really think this is acceptable? You were quick enough to take his money!! If I had known then what I know now I would probably of gone elsewhere. Don’t let the company down with a rubbish delivery time..

We bought a new mattress from the Oxford Dreams store. We had first class service from the guys there. I would thoroughly recommend a visit if you are after a bed or mattress. There is plenty to choose from. My daughter had previously bought a bed, so we knew the service was good!

We've received great service throughout our time visiting and purchasing from Dreams, Oxford. Nothing was too much trouble, refreshments were offered on our visit. Nothing was too much trouble even after our assessment we were given a range of mattresses to try of all price ranges. It was great to have the opportunity to defer the delivery a couple of times and when we did receive delivery of the bed the Dreams delivery team were great and nothing again was too much trouble.

The member of staff who helped us buy at bed at the Oxford store is a credit to Dreams. His knowledge was exceptional, he was courteous, friendly and polite. We visited late on a Friday evening about an hour before store closing, yet he greeted us fresh as a daisy and made us feel like we were the most important customers in the world. It is rare to find this level of dedication and customer service these days; I hope Dreams appreciate and reward him for his faultless customer service.

I visit the botley store with my son the sales man was very rude asked us if we needed help but just stood watching us I was like no sorry we are just looking he tutted at us and said we'll look don't touch the beds we wasn't touching the beds , his behaviour shocked me I definitely won't go into that shop again was horrible experience. We only live down the road note the shop was empty obviously isn't child friendly and staff horrible unfriendly &rude ... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The sales agent (Robert) in the Oxford store was excellent - both friendly and professional - and we love the selection of beds and mattresses Dreams have in store and the delivery date was super quick.

The staff at Unit 1 Seacourt Tower Retail Park, Oxford were really helpful in helping choose our bed without any pressuring to make our purchase. The delivery men came when they said, were on time, courteous and friendly and had respect for our property when installing our bed.

The team were very knowledgeable. Said to try the bed that is linked up to the computer, we thought it would be a load of old rubbish. But it works!! We are very pleased and enjoying great night sleep. And wished we done it sooner. We paid a lot of money for our old mattress so glad to ditch it after 6 months!! will always use Dreams now.
