The shop assistant was very helpful, I was not rushed with purchase. The delivery men were very good fitted the bed and gave good advice .

We have only bought a mattress but are very happy with the purchase. Staff at the store were very helpful and the delivery went without a hitch. We had also visited a competitor after we first visited your store but weren't happy with the products and prices of the items they had. Dreams also had more choice, so we returned and bought.

My Grandaughter is very pleased with her new mattress. She is having the best nights sleep she has had in a long time. Her younger brother who is 5 has also taken to spending more time in her bed.!

Shannon and the team at Dreams Portsmouth (Ocean Retail Park) are warm, welcoming, and can't do enough to help you find a product that fits your comfort and budget, without being pushy. In less than an hour we had found a bed that suited my tastes, a mattress to suit my support needs, and Shannon had put together a package that added value upon value to my purchase. Before visiting the store, I'd made reluctant peace with the fact that I'd be looking at over a grand for a new bed and mattress, but the value that Shannon added with recycling, assembly, a new duvet and pillow etc made me feel HAPPY to part with the money and happy with my purchase. I know that I'm going to get into my new bed in a few weeks, with my new mattress, pillows and duvet, and be glad that I didn't try to muddle on with my broken bed and lumpy mattress any longer. Advice good, from the shop assistant, without Pressure. The advice was stop on,as the bed is perfect for us.

A very well informed sales assistant helped us to decide which mattress would suit us best & also offered us the options of buying extras to compliment the chosen mattress. The delivery of the new mattress & the removal of the old one for recycling went smoothly. An assistant from the store also delivered a large, purpose made plastic bag to our home cover the old mattress with, ready for the collection a few days later. The new mattress has been a welcome addition to our bed, too.

The staff didn’t a brilliant job even though they were having technical issues the day I visited. The mattress I bought was in the clearance & basically half price. I’m glad I found this mattress as I’ve finally been able to get a good nights sleep.

We had a great experience finding our new mattress. Mo was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and got us a great deal for a new mattress and other bits for our bed

The worst Customer Service ever! I purchased my bed instore on 25th May and it was delivered the following week. There was always going to be a problem with the delivery, which the shop knew, as I have a very tight staircase. The base would not fit so I just had the mattress and was promised a refund would be in my account within 7-10 days. After three weeks and about 5 unreturned phone calls I visited the shop to chase my refund. I was told it was a human error and that the refund would be done that week. Two weeks later and with more unreturned phone calls I returned to the shop to chase again in person. I was told the same thing again so I asked for a head office number. After leaving a message with head office I received a phone call back. For some reason we were cut off after about ten seconds into the call. I rang the number straight back and only got an answer machine. I left three messages over the next few days and have never heard from them again. I eventually made FIVE separate journeys to the shop to get this sorted until I eventually sat there until the manager said it was definitely sorted. During these visits I was offered some free pillows to make amends but on my last visit the junior member of staff I was dealing with said he could not honour that promise but someone would ring me. Obviously they never did and I have never had any sort of apology. In all, I must have made about 15 phone calls and visited the shop 5 times until I eventually got my refund after nearly three months of chasing. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I would advise anyone to steer well clear of Dreams as you will have only nightmares!

The Manager who answered the phone was fantastic very great at his job, I told him what I wanted and he talked though what I had asked for and I ended up spending more money than I was going to. but when the bed came it was quick and the people who put the bed together were great.
