What was wrong
What was wrong? The wooden boat bed that delivered? It wasn’t the same colour as shown to us on your screen and in your shop we wanted a lighter but it is what it is now it’s been done.

Great service
On entering the store in Potters Bar we were asked if we needed any help. Confirmed we wanted to browse first. We were then given the time we asked for. Oliver later approached us to see if he could help. After using the Sleep Match technology he identified the mattresses that would be suitable for us. We were then given space and time to make our own decision. Nice not to feel rushed or pushed into a purchase. Oliver knew his stuff! Thank you.

We had done a lot of research online…
We had done a lot of research online beforehand and had a fairly good idea of what we were looking for. The staff were friendly, helpful and never pushy. Delivery was simple to arrange and arrived on time. After years of sleeping on lesser brand name mattresses, we are both noticing the difference this mattress makes to sleep quality and our backs. We’re very pleased with our purchase.
