Visited the showroom to browse what the modern range of mattresses were like for comfort, etc. We were not met at the door as soon as we entered but allowed to look around at our Leisure before a sales assistant approached and offered to help.
He was patient, easy to talk to, no hard sell, explained the pluses and minuses of the mattresses we had looked at, left us to make our mind up and came away with a mattress, satisfied customers

My dream ottoman bed
From the very start I decided to go for a quality Dreams bed I knew I’d made the right choice. The staff were so helpful and amazing and were very patient as I had to change the delivery as I’d moved house but nothing was too much trouble. Delivery to my secret hide away location that was difficult to find was no problem for the delivery team and thrilled with my purchase. I’ve got an 8 year guarantee, I have a Dreams mattress at the moment (about 10 years old but was in storage for a while) but when it wants changing in a while I will definitely go back to Dreams.

Good customer service and product
I went in knowing what I wanted, unfortunately it was no longer available. The staff knew what I wanted and without any delay showed me the replacement, I was able to use the mattress machine to check that it was a match, which it was and it was delivered quickly and is absolutely perfect. Very happy customer.

The process of selecting and buying a mattress was assisted and made easy by Dreams staff. Once the mattress was ordered I was kept informed as to delivery times and the mattress was delivered promptly with no fuss at all.
