Helpful, friendly knowledgeable staff

The bed is very comgortable and the delivery men did a great job of bringing it , assemling it with the castors and headboard and taking the old one away They were very effecient and quick.

Our welcome was lovely. Very friendly and no hard sell.
We were given lots of information about how to find the right bed for us, even experiencing an amazing piece of technology to show us our perfect mattress.
We were delighted to make a purchase and have the package whereby the bed was assembled at home and all packaging removed.
Excellent service and fantastic guys who delivered. All were professionals and showed the best customer care.
They come highly recommended by us and we will visit again

Absolutely life changing!!!
Bought a Harrison Spinks soft fully natural made mattress a few weeks ago, quite expensive but worth every penny. I’m a ‘professional non sleeper’ however since sleeping on this amazing mattered my life is changed! Can’t wait to get into bed every night and experience a truly amazing nights sleep. Staff in Southport store so helpful and so were delivery drivers.

Delivered on time by well presented driver who offered to take the mattress upstairs, I declined this offer, but was very happy about having the option. The mattress itself is very comfortable and suits my needs perfectly.
We will be making another mattress purchase from Dreams in the near future. We trust the product and the staff to meet our needs.

I recently purchased a mattress from Dreams in Southport. It has made such a difference to my sleep pattern. From first entering the store to receiving delivery I could not fault any of the staff involved. Chris was very helpful in store and the two delivery men were really helpful too.

We bought a sofa bed from Dreams in September. The quality is excellent and it looks superb. Delivery was quick and the delivery team were brilliant, setting it up, explaining how to use etc and quick and efficient.

I'd narrowed down a choice of about 6 mattresses by looking on the Dreams website. Most, if not all of these were selected by the sleep machine. The assistant also showed us some other mattresses which she thought would suit our needs. We were given plenty of time to try and re-try various mattresses. Ann (Southport store) was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Our new mattress is due to be delivered in a couple of weeks (our choice, we could have had it next week) and I can't wait. I'm due a really good night's sleep!

A very good experience with a salesman who made us feel at ease, unhurried and without any pressure to purchase. We are extremely happy with our choice of mattress and pillows and are looking forward now to the delivery and hopefully much a more comfortable nights sleep.

I had a nice experience shopping for a mattress at Dreams….I walked in and told them exactly what I wanted. I was shown some alternatives,and chose above my intended budget because it felt the most comfortable. Then the price turned out to be less than expected - a surprise! So I opted for Bedcover warranty,and got a mattress protector and help with the recycling. What a great Dream Team! Very Happy !
