My whole experience at the Dreams Showroom was very pleasant due to the care of the of the Gentleman who took a lot of care and attention to my needs he put me at ease he made me feel I could relax knowing he had everything in hand I was offered a drink while browsing I went on the Sleep match which I found very helpful as I then knew the type of Mattress I needed the whole process from walking through the store doors to the purchase of my Mattress was done with care and attention to my needs I was very happy with the outcome of my visit and purchase I could not express how well I was looked after by GABE thank you sir.

Great quality bed, very sturdy and well made.
Delivery was very good with great communication with the driver.

We had just ordered the divan base. We had amazing assistance with choosing the best one. The delivery date was a few weeks after. We bought the extras such as delivery to bedroom of choice and to take the old base away. The delivery lads were great and professional. Now my daughter is sleeping well now. Very pleased. Would buy from here again.

Attended the store on Saturday and was met with a very warm welcome from staff member who was more than happy to help us in any way he could. We were looking for a bed that would fit a very tricky room dimension but couldn't initially find anything in a style or size. Taha the staff member was excellent he quickly identified some models that met our specification, measured the sizes with a tape measure and loaded up the models on the site to compare. He was extremely knowledgable, talked us through benefits of each mattress, current sales, pros and cons of each mattress and even showed us a machine that can work out the best style for us. He walked us round, encouraged us to try and provided pillows. When we found a style that we liked but didn’t like the material or colour he identified that it was available in other materials and colours, showed us online and even on the shop floor. He talked through finance, got us a delivery date that was perfect and his attention to detail was second to none. Taha really made the experience for us which is more that we can say for a rival we had also viewed that day Bensons where it was extremely poor. We have had a bed from Dreams before and it is still going strong 10+ years later so hoping the same for this new purchase. Thanks again Taha you really understood our needs and hit that goal with your professionalism and knowledge 5 stars

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from the store manager, Assad. I was simply trying to follow up on the installation of a bed I purchased for my elderly father, who lives alone and has no one to help him. Instead of getting support during a very important situation, Assad disconnected the call and was noticeably unprofessional throughout the interaction.

At a time when I needed clear communication and basic courtesy, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of concern. This experience has made an already stressful situation even harder. I hope the store takes steps to improve its customer service, especially for families trying to care for older loved ones.

Great service from start to finish

Took my son down to dreams to pick out a new bed, we were served by a fantastic lady called Elizabeth who introduced herself but gave us our space to browse. Once we had decided she did her upmost to give us a good deal managed to give us a great discount and not only that took my son off to choose an amazing new pillow that retailed at £80 absolutely free she made his day he couldn’t believe how kind she was.
Elizabeth you are an absolute credit to the dreams team. The only downside is I now struggle to get my teenage son out of such a great bed! Can’t recommend dreams Stockport enough will definitely return for my future purchases.

Absolute fab experience visiting and buying a mattress at dreams. Gabrielle was amazing no pressure what so ever and very friendly. Communication once ordered was amazing and aftercare. 10/10 for everything.

Great service,came exactly when they said to deliver,the lads assembled the bed and took the old one away,the staff in the portwood store in Stockport were absolutely great,really helpful and sorted out what we needed,10 out of 10

Really delighted with our new bed. Very comfortable from the first night. No back ache at all. Very happy.

Myself and my Partner are very happy with our "Therapur ActiGel Glacier 4800 K Mattress". We received help from a very knowledgable advisor called Liz. She showed us the beds I had saved on my list. We then was guided to a computerised bed which helped choose a specific choice to help suit our needs and we actually changed to a better option to the beds on my list with Liz's help. I told Liz about my back problems. I feel the advisor had listened and took into account of mine and my boyfriends requirements. She also let us know that if we weren't happy with the matress, after 1 month, we can exchange for a different one. We also wanted to have the old matress taken away and new matress delivered directly to the specified location. Dreams offer this service. We are very pleased with the matress and my back feels improvement,already. Very happy with the expert advice within store.

I bought a memory foam mattress which is very comfortable. It was a good price and delivery was quick and easy

Excellent delivery service,two really nice guys wore overshoes in my house and erected my new bed and removed all packaging,delivered exactly on time with prior call to confirm delivery time .recommend dreams every time

Everything went well 3 people put the bed up in ots place 1 cleared up all the wrappings and were gone in a short space of time.

The sales team at Dreams Stockport were excellent. They were polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They gave valuable advice on choosing a mattress and answered all our questions honestly. We felt under no pressure to purchase and were left at leisure to browse the store. I can highly recommend Dreams when purchasing a new bed and found the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Happy with today. Not intending to visit DREAMS BEDSTORE in STOCKPORT called in anyway whilst shopping.
Met by an advisor Taha..Talia? very polite, easy to talk to with sense of humour at the same time very knowledgeable about the product we were needing *mattress*
We lay on equipment that "finds the right type of mattress for you" the advisor explained fully each mattress. There was no pressure at all.
We settled on a Therapur ActiGel Glazier 4800D.
Delivery within 4 days. Very happy with today.
