the guys delivering in and out very quickly, i self assembled and although it was easy enough still took a couple of hours, the mountain of cardboard and packing at the end also signaled a trip to the local tip, overall the bed is excellent and the mattress is magnificent, ordering and organizing the delivery everything was easy from start to finish.....:)

Utterly appalling service at Stockport branch. Took two days to order the mattress and guaranteed delivery before Easter. I paid extra for that and said I would only order it if delivery could be guaranteed, of which they assured me.
Said they would phone me back twice and never did so I had to chase them. Staff are pleasant but rather clueless and always passing it on to someone else.There was an IT issue at the time but the human errors were to blame for not paying attention to the customer’s wishes
When I did phone them today they said delivery would be the week after Easter which I had specifically said would deter me from ordering
I cancelled the order and went online. Took 10 minutes with another company and they will deliver in two days
Needless to say I will not be using Dreams again, but please see the comments below

Ps , since writing this review a representative of the company has contacted me to apologise and asked for further details of my experience. He was genuinely concerned about the failures on this occasion and will follow up expeditiously.
I was impressed by his approach and genuine wish to get things right in future. He is also sending me a set of pillows as a gesture, which I accepted.
So , no complaints on the follow up!

Sales lady absolutely great. Only had items just over a week and seem great. The delivery was a little disappointing has an OAP(73) and on own was expecting the bed to be set up and rubbish removed.

Great attention from the staff. Great products at great prices. Staff are not pushy and actually listened to our needs.

To great delivery

From entering the store, to delivery of my mattress the service was excellent. I was tested as to which mattress would suit me best, offered 3 mattresses to try. Once I had decided everything was explained and I left with free pillows and a mattress cover. It was delivered by 2 courtious men who took away old mattress and unpacked new one leaving me only to make my bed. Excellent

Excellent service in the store and delivery. Especially recycling of old mattress and efficient assembly of new bed, made in the UK too! Would recommend.

Great friendly service very helpful

Our visit to this store on 2 occasions were enjoyable. Ryan who helped us could not have done more to help. He offered us lots of options within our budget. Very eager to help and listen to my concerns as I suffer with a bad back. Great service in a lovely store

New mattress is excellent and working in helping me get a good night's sleep and helping my back also.
It's doing what the staff said it would, they were very helpful and explained very thing clearly to.

Great store - well laid out - clean and tidy with plenty of choice. Our assistant was friendly and pleasant without being 'pushy' and was obviously very knowledgeable about what we were wanting. How lovely to be offered a cup of coffee.
