Excellent shopping experience
On visiting the store (WSM) I received excellent customer service from a sales person that gave me in-depth information about the various mattresses I was interested in and offered me the opportunity to use machine to analyse my sleeping position and work out the best product for me.
I ordered online, website was easy to use & mattress was delivered on the day, time I chose.

Was a great experience
Was a great experience. the mattress testing machine was brilliant. Wirth a visit to the store to try out all the mattress options and had nice cup of tea to finish it off. Recommend a visit

I took my 85 year old Aunt Freda to purchase a bed etc. The Young man in the store was extremely polite and patient with her. Must say I was impressed and my Aunt loves her new bed.
