Very poor quality
Very poor quality, fasteners fell off the coat as soon as it came out of the packaging. Returns process is poor so it’ll just go in the bin now. It was a Christmas gift so very disappointed.

Return scam
Only buy from on here if you know you definitely won't return the item. Otherwise expect to lose £3.99 of the postage fee charged to you as well as another £3.00 as a return fee. Not worth it at all! Poor business and customer service!
It's a sort of scam in a sense, why do they feel they need to charge a refund fee of £3.00 no other online retailers seem to be doing this?!
Definitely will not buy from them again and neither will I recommend to anyone!
