Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. Do not recommend this place at all! I purchased a skirt via Clearpay, but decided to return the item (didn’t fit); and now I won’t receive any refund at all plus I owe £1.99! Crazy, never ever had this situation before with any retailer and I shop a lot via Clearpay. Even Clearpay when I spoke to them where very surprised about it. I will never shop again on Dressed in Lucy and will definitely let others know about it as well.

Ordered a jacket but unfortunately wrong size sent and now no longer available. However the coat was beautiful and great quality . I received it very quickly and when I emailed about the wrong size being sent the customer service team responded within a few hours and I was offered a 20 % discount . This was my first time using this company and have not been put off using again infact I have placed another order. You can’t beat fairly priced items, good quality and good effective fast communication with your customers. Would highly recommend.
