Ordered but canceled immediately. Received " noted, will do" in an email. This is lucy and dity under another name. NEVER received reimbursement!!! These people are criminals. Do not buy from them. REPORTED.

I ordered Oct 28 and have tried emailing numerous times, messenger and Instagram as to when my order will be shipped and I cannot get a reply - there is no Phone number to call -
So is this a scam ?? Please tell me it’s not !!

I ordered two sets of pajamas and aside from the confirmation email, I have received no shipping information, no package, and no response to two emails I’ve written thus far to customer service.

Now I understand their weird cancellation policy. I would rate this a scam.

Recieved my white lace up high calf boots folded in half with terrible creases that wont come out also black marks and a scratch on the front...I have sent many emails and not had a reply at all....I will not use this company again which is a big loss for them as I have 5 daughters and 5 granddaughters that all shop online I also have a clothes business and a fashion platform so they wont be getting endorsed by me anytime soon

I ordered a fur and faux leather jacket and the first thing is: it looks exactly like on the website. Unfortunately the sizing was a bit off, so I had to change it - the CS team has helped me extremely efficiently, sent a new jacket for me as soon as I sent the proof of postage to return the original one. Super helpful team :) Thank you so much. Ps. The jacket looks amazing as I was expecting!

I placed an order on 8/7. Received a notice saying my order was received… haven’t heard another word. I have asked for a status update 3 times and still haven’t heard anything. So much for customer service.

Update- they finally emailed me, and my order finally arrived. The clothing seems to be less quality than I expected. I emailed about retuning an item, and because I used a coupon code for my first order, they said they would only give store credit. I don’t want to try and order again, so I will just keep it. I don’t trust this retailer.

I still haven’t had a response from the company on my order which was placed on 7/14. They haven’t answered my emails, so I tried messenger on Instagram. No response. They charged my account in July, and haven’t given me any information on my order.

Item was good but don’t pay for next day delivery as it turns up late & only gets dispatched when you chase them 😐

They are fast and efficient, beautiful and high quality products as well, my girl loved them💕

I ordered two coats. Nice material and just a good thick puffer. But I did return as it didn’t look right on me. After reading past reviews I was worried I wouldn’t get my refund. But my experience was great :-) the day it was received back to them, they emailed me straight to advice the refund has been sorted. Would definitely order again. Fast delivery to me , quick for my refund and they were really nice coats too. Was sad to return really. Would recommend

I ordered a set of sage green pajamas and waited more than a month to receive my order. After emailing Hello @ Lucy and Dity .com they discovered that my order was sent to the wrong address. I finally received my order and the color was wrong. It was a light almost white set of pajamas instead of sage green. I emailed customer service to send me a return label and they directed me to the returns policy. They wanted me to pay for shipping if I wanted to return my order. I followed up again and they blocked my email. I was never rude nor unprofessional. Never will do business with this company nor refer anyone.

I bought a winter coat and it is perfect and just what I wanted. The price was really reasonable and quite cheap considering other similar coats I had seen on other websites. The quality is really good and the coat is lovely and warm. Fast delivery, would definitely purchase again from dressed in Lucy! Thank you 😊

Heard from customer service regarding a delay in my delivery. Was very thorough and much appreciated.

Worst customer service, they try and make the most money out of scamming people. Giving them poor excuses as to why they won't accept returns. Don't bother ordering from them as items are cheap and horrible.

First class service... Amazing clothing at amazing prices.... Fast delivery really please highly recommend
