Absolutely Fantastic!
I bought a pack of 3 balms on my flight back from Spain, one of them I have only just opened and was broken. I emailed customer service on Saturday and had a reply Monday morning from them (Jessica!) asking for my address to send a replacement. Products are fab and so are the staff... well done Dr PawPaw!

I had a faulty lip balm and they replaced it straight away. They replied very fast aswell

I purchased a blue lip cream for my daughter for Christmas. The first time she used it the end popped and made quite a mess.
I emailed and was asked a few questions, asked for pictures and a new one sent to me quite quickly. I was happy that I was able to communicate with someone directly.
When it arrived, the box was rather large so I was excited that I may have received a little extra bonus, but sadly not. Just the replacement rattling around in a big box.

I emailed the company as I had a problem with a spray attachment on a hair product. They replied swiftly to my email, gave me advice on the product and arranged for a replacement spray attachment to be sent. Excellent service

I had a tube of the fabuous Nighttime lip mask, which on squeezing burst at the wrong end of the tube. I contacted their customer service and the next day they got back to me and arranged for a replacement product to be sent. Jessica in the customer service team was friendly and solved the problem in super quick time.

I've been gifted Dr Pawpaw from Christmas which was purchased at TK MAXX its absolutely amazing !
I have curly and wavy hair which is prone to frizz
I also have sensitive skin and can have a reaction to Sodium Lauryl Sulphate.
So I've always used vegan products.

Now the items I've used
Dr Pawpaw it does it all shampoo, conditioner and spray is very friendly to my skin and hair.
I don't know what you've done but wow!

I would like to see Dr PawPaw more available in shops.

What can I say about the customer service at DrPawPaw - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING that's what. My problem was dealt with on the same day, with a replacement being promised asap by Sarah. Being a few days before Christmas, I expected to wait until the New Year but it arrived the very next day! I couldn't believe it. Thank you Sarah for your prompt attention. I will definitely be buying from you again.

I recently contacted the company because I accidentally subscribed to a product and couldn't work out how to cancel it, not only did they deal with it quickly and efficiently they also gave me a discount for my next purchase. I love the products I've tried so far and will definitely be using the discount to try some more.
