To good To be true
I received a letter in the mail that acknowledged my current credit situation and offered to help. So I went ahead and proceeded with the application process only to be turned down and given a lecture about my spending habits. Then was informed that my credit wasn't good enough (I have a 710 score) and was transfered to a debt consolidation company to help manage my spending. I was then told everything that was wrong with my score and that I NEED to address the issue and they would work with me to manage my debt thru their company. When I informed the loan officer that I was.no longer interested he continued to try and guilt me into their resolution. You don't get a score like mine by being ignorant to a bait & switch, I applied to bring my debt into one payment rather then several in order to make things easier and in the process hopefully build my credit even further. This is obviously not the place for that, FYI their terms & conditions are not people friendly and are designed to pray on individuals in real need.
