Ordered a few things now, and everything was shipped fast and packaged well. Items arrived as expected and work as described.

Great prices, shipping is fast, and freight is cheap.

You have to know how to shop at Dvor to have a good experience. You HAVE to look for expected shipping times. If anything is more than a couple weeks out, it's hard to trust. Also, look around and make sure they have the best price on an item. They often do, but not always. Finally, $10 flat rate shipping is...expected, not the best but not the worst. I agree that they should lower their free shipping threshold to $99 or even $200. I would likely buy from Dvor more often.

The website navigates easily, the shipping is prompt, there is a great variety of items, and the prices are great. What more could you ask for!

The selection and pricing is quite fair. For the snails pace of shipping, it ought to be free after $99+ purchase. Also, I tried to order an upper receiver, and they wouldn’t ship it to my state even thought there is no law restricting shipping of non serialized parts. I didn’t get a call asking if it could go somewhere else or even that it was canceled either. I call customer service too see if we can change the shipping address to my other in a different state, they said no we have to cancel and re order. No big deal. Go to re order and of course, out of stock. Moral of the story, I do love Dvor and order all the time. If possible, lower shipping rates would be great, and state/ local shipping restrictions would be great if listed in the description

I've been shopping at Dvor for many years, and found it mostly reliable with many products to find that I enjoy. From hunting, shooting, camping and everyday life.
My only issue is product availability, when a product is placed on back order( is not available after 30 days), they should be more pro-active and offer to cancel the order. This may allow a customer to actually go back to another item they would have choose at the great value the site provides.

Great prices on name brand quality products when on sale! However, it took several weeks for them to ship my last order... Not sure why!

DVOR always has a great selection of gear for hundreds of platforms. I always check with DVOR when searching for an item as they usually have what I am looking for. I gave DVOR a 4 due to the fact shipping takes too long. I know DVOR can't control the USPS but DVOR should offer faster shipping options. Their pricing is mid to high and I would like to see more free shipping options. I have never had an item lost or damaged in shipping and I will continue to use them in the future.

The DHL/USPS shipping method is the worst shipping method there is. It is a lot faster if you drop DHL and use USPS directly.

Ordered a five round magazine for one of my rifles. It was one of the first times I've seen that mag on sale for a reasonable price, so it was ordered on January 28th. It arrived at my mailbox on February 9th. That amount of time was OK with me. The mag was in perfect shape and should give me years of service.

The Fix It Sticks All-In-One Torque Driver Kit is a great product and the price was fair. Delivery/shipping was a little slow, but as promised.

All orders I have placed with Dvor have been extremely slow being shipped or the used shipper is extremely slow. Even when stated the item would ship in 1-2 days, it inevitably would be a week or more. The products are always as advertised and sell items are a good value. I recommend Dvor if you aren't in a hurry to receive the ordered product. As of this writing, I still haven't received the shipment even though I've been asked to review the product and service.

They are normally pretty good about meeting the predicted shipment dates. This time, they missed some of them by a long shot. Because of this, it would've been a 2 star rating. However, after calling and speaking with a rep, they did send out the portion of the order that they had on hand, not charging any additional for the two separate shipments. That earned them a star back. I just wish that it hadn't required a call from me to kick off that process when items were already a month late from their predicted shipment date because they were waiting for the last item on the order to come back in stock.

DVOR's customer support is great! Shipping could be faster. Please work on that.

Shipping is hit or miss. Prices are competitive, however, they are usually higher if they are not throwing some kind of (fake)sale.
