We are very sorry for any misunderstanding. Please note that the product's availability is listed to the right of the Add to Cart button. If it is in stock, it will say “In stock” or "Expected to ship within 1-2 business days". If it is out of stock or shipping from a sister warehouse, it will show the estimated timeframe for shipping.

When your order was placed, the estimated timeframe for shipping was 4-6 weeks as the item was out-of-stock and on backorder.

Greetings Christopher! Please note that the product's availability is listed on the product page of our website near the Add to Cart button. If it is in stock, it will say “In stock” or "Expected to ship within 1-2 business days". If it is out of stock or shipping from a sister warehouse, it will show the estimated timeframe for shipping.

We believe we may have located your order in our system (placed on 8/19/2024, consisting of 3 items total). We show that the estimated timeframe for shipping for all 3 items was "1-3 weeks" at the time your order was placed.

In situations when we have back-ordered items, we work with our supplier to get the shipment as quickly as possible. Typically, they provide an estimated delivery date and make their deliveries within the specified time frame. Unfortunately, though, those estimates do not guarantee the item will be delivered to us in the timeframe provided due to several factors that are outside our control.

We show that these backorders were filled on 9/18/2024 and 9/19/2024, and the order shipped out later that day. The carrier's tracking information shows that the package was then delivered on 9/24/2024.

Greetings PK! We sincerely apologize for this negative customer experience, as that is certainly never our intention.

We were able to review your order and see that you have been in communication with our Customer Care team. After we were notified that 1 item was not received, we immediately opened an internal investigation, which included reviewing CCTV video footage from our warehouse packing station. This footage shows that all 3 items were correctly packed together and shipped out in the same package.

While we cannot determine where the issue may have occurred, we have re-shipped that item to you.

We hope that your concerns have been properly addressed and regret any mishap that may have occurred while your package was in transit. We hope that you will decide to give us another chance again in the future. Thank you!

Greetings! We want to look into this further, but unfortunately, do not have enough details from your review to locate your order. Based on the situation described, though, it appears that your order includes products that are out of stock and on backorder.

When we have back-ordered items, we work with our supplier to get the products as quickly as possible. Typically, they provide an estimated delivery date and make their deliveries within the specified time frame. Unfortunately, though, those estimates do not guarantee the item will be delivered to us in the timeframe provided due to several factors that are outside our control.

When you place a backorder with us, the most important thing to remember is that we do not charge you for an item until we are ready to ship it to you. You can also cancel your backorder any time before the item is being prepared for shipment by using our online tool. If timing is critical, we recommend contacting our customer care team for assistance in selecting an in-stock replacement.
