Ho fatto un ordine di un cellulare a questa azienda tramite ebay: acquisto perfezionato il 21 agosto 2017. Articolo arrivato il 30 agosto 2017. Considerato che la stima di consegna era tra il 7 ed il 25 settembre 2017, direi che la celerità e l'efficienza sembrano essere decisamente un punto forte dell'azienda...Complimenti! Devo ancora provare il prodotto e aspetto di poter migliorare il voto portando al massimo se esso dovesse essere a posto in tutto e per tutto! Per ora posso solo dire bene dell'azienda e consigliarla...Bravi!
Aggiornamento: mi sono lamentato di alcuni difetti del terminale acquistato quando ormai avevo esaurito il tempo (2 mesi) per la rivalsa e mi è stata richiesta una richiesta di una minimo rimborso...per tutta risposta, alle mie rimostranze via e-mail, il venditore mi ha "bannato" e non accetta più richieste di acquisto dal sottoscritto! Se questa è politica di salvaguardia del Cliente (con cui, a mio parere, si dovrebbe trovare una soluzione transattiva per farsi "buona stampa"), allora MEGLIO RIVOLGERSI ALTROVE!!!

I bought a phone there and the phone LCD had a default (it did not fell) and when sent back to them they did not want to use the warranty.

Basically, the answer is: "we do not repair an hardware fault". So what is the warranty for ????? Incredible. I checked with Samsung and they will have repair it if it was bought in Australia.

Used the site for the first time n very happy with the service, except the customer service agent from Adelaide who sounded very uninterested.

I wish I could give less stars. I bought a 750$ phone. Arrived HEAVILY SCRATCHED on the back, like it was a dropped secondhand phone.
Right after I opened the package and seen the damage I wrote them without even turn the phone on. They didn't answer first, no number to call (the one in the website just tells you to write them, it is a fake contact). I wrote them again and after sending all the pictures and proving the damage, they blamed the carrier DHL (it was scratched, not possible was DHL's fault). I asked to be refunded, I wanted to send them back the phone, they say they wouldn't accept it. Only thing I could accept was 15$ refund and the claim to DHL. I tried with many mails to talk to someone and I refused their offer until they didn't answer to me anymore. I then accepted as it was the only solution and claimed my insured package with DHL. After claiming with DHL, the carrier told me that my package has never been insured, I paid extra DWI for an insured shipping, and they didn't even insure it prior to ship it!!!! Even worse, when a problem happens, they blame someone else and don't accept any solution. Having my money back and sending their phone back to them.
It is my right to buy something new that needs to be actually new!!!! They are fraud, a scam.
Please stay away from them, don't do my mistake of being attracted by 5 dollars discount, not worth it, and my OnePlus 5 is ruined before even I used it. and I can't to anything about it.

Not only were DWI the cheapest but I found their website easy to navigate with no hidden costs. Their communication was good and the delivery was prompt. This is the 2nd phone Ive bought from overseas & have been happy with both, nothing wrong with an import, theyre the same phone. So far this new phone has been really good.

they are only seller. if you are lucky and buy an intact and well product it should be fine. but they have a terrible and disappointing warranty and customer service. no one answers they phone in Australia and they do not repair, do not replace and do not refund. they play with customers who claim for warranty or compensation. it was a loss and disappointing experience buying from them.
