This was my second purchase from DWI. Again the standard delivery service is similar to express service. I received the mobile phone within a week after I made the payment.

Have ordered several phones and a camera from this site. Most have arrived promptly and all in excellent working order. The couple that were slow arriving were followed up with emails and reasons for lateness noted. Always had correspondence back. Would purchase from DWI again.

Excellent price and quick delivery. I was sold a model with an unusual keypad (Arabic), so it seems DWI will often sell international versions of phones. But it is not a problem, the phone works just great!

This review comes from this site's practices in their current 5% sitewide sale. I was personally interested in getting the MacBook pro 15.4" 2.9GHz model. This was 3499 last week and I called and found out about the sale in advance. In the last week, they increased the price to 3559. This is bad enough if not a coincidence. They also have said their Paypal window is down, so you get hit with a 1.2% surcharge without a choice. Without mentioning it when they told me about the sale, no other coupons work right now (I had a $25 loyalty coupon to use). All this together took it over $110 higher in the final price. Then today they put the cherry on top. They increased the PayPal surcharge, mid-sale, to 1.8%. Now the price is over $140 more than initially expected and almost what it was presale.

You might read this and think, so what? It's still cheaper. Personally, I find this underhanded and an extremely poor treatment of customers. All under the table so you wouldn't know - so you'd think you just got a deal but you get roughed up and had no advantage.

The two stars instead of one were because I have bought from them before and it did actually arrive. So, that's something.

Arrived ahead of my expectations.

I'm from Australia and made 2 online orders on the same day, one from DWI and one from an eBay seller in a state next to me. The DWI order came 3 days before the eBay order, and I was only using the free shipping option with DWI. Very impressed with the speed of their delivery.
