In fase d'acquisto tutto perfetto. Ho comprato un HTC U ULTRA.
Prima di tutto nell'inserzione non era specificato che il prodotto era destinato per il mercato asiatico e non per quello dell'Unione Europea. Questo l'ho scoperto solo al momento della consegna del prodotto, quando ho fatto fare un controllo sulle EMEI da HTC ITALIA. Il problema certamente da poco, visto che il prezzo d'acquisto, era effettivamente minore. Valutando prezzo e garanzia dimezzata (un solo anno, contro i due), ho deciso di tenere il telefono e non restituirlo, anche perché l'azienda, forte di un alto feedback, garantiva per eventuali difetti di fabbrica per il periodo di un anno.
A distanza di sette mesi, sul display, è apparsa una macchia di poco meno mezzo centimetro. Nel giro di poco la macchia ha "scolato" verso il basso allungandosi per circa 2.5/3,00 cm. A questo punto ho richiesto l'intervento in garanzia. Già al primo contatto con il centro assistenza, ho avuto dei problemi. Infatti, senza aver visto il telefono, imputavano il problema ad un violento urto del medesimo. Ho spiegato che il telefono non aveva mai subito urti violenti o cadute, tant'è vero che sia il display, che la cover, non avevano segni, tranne un piccolissimo graffio di circa 2 mm sul lato opposto di dove si evidenziava il problema, dovuto all'accidentale sfregamento in tasca con le chiavi di casa. Ho spedito il telefono, a mie spese, e mi hanno confermato che per loro, il problema era dovuto ad un violento urto e non a un difetto di fabbricazione. A questo punto, se volevo il riparare il telefono, dovevo pagare la bellezza di Euro 160,00 oltre le spese di spedizione per il rientro del medesimo (totale 175.00 Euro).
Ora dopo quanto riportato vorrei avvalorare il mio giudizio negativo con questa piccola chicca. Il precedente telefono in mio possesso era un meraviglioso HTC M8. Dopo circa un anno e mezzo, ha manifestato il medesimo problema, e per di più nel medesimo punto (l'inizio della macchia all'altezza dei tasti di volume, sembra farlo apposta, ma entrambi i modelli hanno i tasti del volume sul lato dx del display). Aprii un tiket con HTC ITALIA, mi mandarono un corriere a casa per il ritiro del telefono, me lo ripararono e restituirono nel giro di 5 giorni lavorativi a costo 0 Euro. Il problema "Surriscaldamento irregolare della motherboard".
Ecco questo mi fa veramente incazzare e devo dare ZERO STELLE a questo venditore. Esperienza che non consiglio a nessun altro. Prezzi allettanti, ASSISTENZA INESISTENTE.

Do not buy from this company! The warranty is worthless! I bought a Samsung Gear Fit 2 wearable tracker/watch that was faulty. Reported within the warranty period but they refused to repair/replace it because they said the watch was damaged. But it was faulty! The band came away from the watch face during normal wear. It looks like the pieces are glued together (although not very well). So I will take this up with Samsung but DWI should have honoured their one year warranty. What is the good of a warranty if it cannot be used to repair/replace faulty products?

Mi è arrivato il pacco vuoto, non risponde alle mail e non rimborsa la spesa.

I chose to buy from DWI has they appeared to have the product I wanted in stock at a competitive price.
After 3 days without an order update I decided to contact customer support via chat to ask whether they actually had the device in stock. They told me they expect to have it in around 6 days.
This wasn't good enough and very disappointing, they pointed to the 'item usually leaves warehouse in 3-7 days'.
The website is misleading and their service is disappointing.
If something is 'pre-order' or 'out of stock' it should be clearly stated as such.
I urgently needed a device for work so this is just not good enough.
I will be contacting consumer regulators to advise them of their business practices.

Tutto perfetto! Ho comprato su Ebay un garmin fenix 5 ad un prezzo praticamente stracciato! Il venditore è stato sempre disponibile a soddisfare alcune mie richieste post vendita (ho avuto qualche problema con il tracking). Mi ha avvisato il giorno stesso dell'arrivo del prodotto! Veramente consigliato, comprerò sicuramente di nuovo da lui! Il prodotto è ottimo, originale e imballato alla perfezione! Veramente super!

I chose to shop here based on competitive pricing during boxing day sales.
The item I chose to purchase was advertised as being in stock.
I received an email saying my order would ship in 3-7 working days.
1 month after receiving nothing so much as an email, I sent an enquiry and was informed my item was out of stock.
I was offered a refund but I chose to wait for the item to come in stock.
Another couple weeks later I was told my item was back in stock and on its way via express shipping.
After waiting 1 week I enquired again only to be told my item was out of stock again.
All correspondence is by generic, no reply emails.
There was a customer service phone number but it was not helpful.
I requested and received a full refund (the only reason I would give even 1 star).
Given other reviews I've read I'm grateful I never ended up with their product.
As a result of their false advertising, I missed out on sale prices from other reputable stores.

My Canon lens bought from DWI is faulty and it was sent for repairing before Christmas 2017 and there is no end date when it will be repaired. My RMA case number is 90085370. Just to prove that the service is terrible.

This is the update to my post earlier about the mobile. They claimed the phone I return is fine and does not require repair. Then they charged me AUD70 for courier and return the phone. Got the phone back yesterday and no surprise to me, the phone is still not working.

I just contacted them asking for refund and immediate action to have the phone repaired. To be honest, I don't think they have any intentions to resolve this issue and have my phone fixed.

I supposed that is a lesson learnt when you are buying from those cheaper overseas importer. They pretty much ignore you if you have any issues post sales.

I now have to deal with the fact that I was robbed $70 by this business and still ended up with a faulty product which is supposed to be under warranty.

Pathetic customer service and dishonest company.

Purchased a new Samsung Note 8 phone and some glass covers for my wifes S8 and my new phone. Paid for the freight insurance on a $1134 order. The items turned up with 3 of glass covers already broken, they were in a small soft foam pouches which was wrapped in a bubble wrap outer casing, no cardboard protectors like the phone.
DWI tried to blame Toll who rejected the claim, all i was after was the items to be replaced or money refunded for the cost of them which was $50. They offered $20 as a good faith token, which i rejected as its though they said i broke them, i still have no resolution.
Moral of the story is Dont use DWI has they dont care about their loyal customers as this is my 3rd or 4th phone purchase in so many years and they dropped me like a hot potato.
Will never use them again and warn others not use them either.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a Withings Steel HR 40 watch which started fogging due to condensation inside. Upon research on line it is well known manufacturing error and Nokia who bought Withings is offering replacements - BUT NOT DWI. They call this manufacturing error "LIQUID DAMAGE" and may I add watch is 5ATM water resistant rated. This is ridiculous attempt to avoid warranty replacement and if you would like after sales service please go elsewhere because you will not get it from DWI.
RMA case is still open, I am contacting Nokia and PayPal and I will keep you updated of progress of this case.

Bought a seiko diver watch last month, they send me a broken one, that won' t set the time and date due to broken stem of the crown . Contacted them and show them a video of the problem. They advice me to send back the item for warranty but after 2 weeks , they message me that it is not a factory damage and i have to pay for the repair which cost $150 plus 50 to send it back to me. That amount that their asking is almost the same with the price of the watch which is $225. So, i opted to just send back the watch to me unrepaired but still they charge me $50 dollars for posted. Don't beleive on their warranty because it doesn't exist. They offer cheaper price compare to local australian shop because their warranty is just a myth. Lucky you if you will receive a functional one if not just say goodbye to your money. Never again.
