You are not contactable, you dont get back to me when i have emailed. your program is not easy to follow. eg I had two software and i explained to you ESET that i was not going to renew the second one. but you kept sending me notification to renew.

Happy and safe for years
I had Eset recommended to me years ago - could be 5 to 7 years. Being of mature age I have had quite a few times I had to ring for help. Staff were fantastic, friendly and knew what to do. Nothing was a problem. They now have me doing my renewals on my own, so easy for an oldie to navigate checkup. Feel safe on all systems.

Extremely slow
Extremely slow each time I turn my computer on. However product recommendd by my computer guru and I notice I dont get as many scam emails as my partner who uses a differnt product.
