Inadvertently logged into phantom account took a few days to resolve. Considered not renewing subscription as people advise that Microsoft defender is as good but found not renewing very easy so signed up for another year.

Can’t turn off auto-renewal
Nothing wrong with the product but I can’t turn off the auto-renewal, so have paid for another year that I don’t want or need. I rarely use the computer that it was installed on but used it for the password manager which is no longer supported.
