Started using Easyspace about 25 years ago to host my websites and help with advice wise building my website as I was a beginner. I have been helped by the most amazing people who all seem to be one person in their patiance and expertise. Meaning your staff are all very like minded in helping people like me. Alex today was equily helpful just checking if i still needed a domain name. I would recommend EasySpace to eveyone. They are reliable, honest, and very pilite. I find the company to be transparent and very reliable, having been with them nearly since their inception.
If any prolems arise they are very quick and helpful in their response, and issues always get resolved promptly.

Had a great experience today. Having lost my husband recently I was having great difficulty accessing my EasySpace account, especially as I'm not very IT literate. Mark was extremely patient, kind, understanding and helpful, as was a colleague when I phoned back with another question. I'm so very grateful for their guidance for a dippy old lady!

I've been with Easyspace for a good 20 odd years, not only is it a safe and secure place to host a website, the customer service is second to none. I have received excellent support from Easyspace since the transition from Titan Internet and especially Hugh Strang who I spoken to today in length. Hugh went out of his way to help me sort the mix up I had with my Microsoft 365 licences and I am truly grateful for his professionalism and prompt advice. I’ve used a myriad of IT hosting…
I’ve used a myriad of IT hosting service providers over the past 20+ years and Easyspace have the best customer service of them all. Some key reasons:
1) they’re located in Britain
2) English is their first language
3) Same timezone as me
4) Same cultural and business mindset makes communication very easy, efficient, effective.
5) understand the technical issues immediately, or else they refer to a more experienced colleague whilst you’re still chatting with them, so you’re not left frustrated feeling unhelped by the person whom you’re connected with.
6) Prices might be a bit higher than some other providers, but I happily pay it because of their great service. You get what you pay for. Go cheap and you’ll get inferior quality.
