Je me suis inscrit sur leur site web et j'ai reçu un message WhatsApp me demandant mon certificat d'immatriculation d'entreprise (Kbis) pour finaliser l'inscription. J'ai envoyé le certificat, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. J'ai également essayé de les appeler, mais ils m'ont raccroché au nez. Franchement, je suis extrêmement déçu.

Honnêtement easyparts est une grosse galère, je vous le dis sincèrement
3 article payés le 25 septembre délais de livraison le 4 novembre..un truc de malade. Cest abusé et les mec te dis on y est pour rien si tu veux annuler vas y !!

A bannir !!! Il faut les fuir complètement vous aller galèrer a recevoir vos commande je vous le dis heureusement que c'était que 60€ lol
C'est pour ça que le garagiste cher qui j'aillais me faisait galerer pour mon scooter, il commandais chez eux

Screen arrived earlier than expected/predicted. It was well packaged and works great upon fitting. Highly recommend and would order again.

Excellent service all round. Ordered samsung galaxy j5 2017 screen thurs 6th. Arrived sat 8th. Right screen and well packaged. I fitted it inside half and hour. No probs whatsoever. Will deffo use these folks again

I have used EASY TECH PARTS before and I highly recommend them.

I purchased a replacement screen for my Samsung Galaxy J3 from Easy Tech Parts LTD. I fitted it easily. After 3 days of normal use it cracked. I didnt drop it or hit anything on it. I reported this to their customer service who said if it is cracked they cannot offer a refund or replacement. Very poor service. If it cracks that is the exact reason why it should be replaced. Pretty backwards if you ask me.

Screen didn't fit. Was clearly for the wrong model and broke during the process like a crisp. Refused refund/replace due to warrenty being voided for breaking it.

Ordered a screen replacement for a Samsung. Screen was too thick to fit properly, visibility the wrong product was sent. While moving back and forth to try and fit it the screen broke easily. Seller claims that warranty doesn't cover me anymore because of the cracked screen, doesn't matter that the wrong part was sent over. Scam website.

Not only was the description misleading, I heard not a single word back from the customer service when I brought the problem up right after receiving the ordered items. I can’t remember a bigger disappointment.

Replacement screen arrived very quickly and now fitted, works a treat.

Really knowledgeable on there products, very helpful, parts where here within a week, would definitely recommend 😊

I’m leaving five stars I ordered a iPad mini screen and it come with everything like tools and adhesive it is a really good quality screen 100% recommend this brand easy tech parts

With this company what you see is what you get, Perfect just what I asked for thoroughly recommend them.

Cheap price zero customer service .. still waiting for a response after waiting over three weeks for a screen replacement. No refund yet as the refuse to answer any email. Its just a secretary on their phone and they ar absolutely useless as I've spoke with them many times and still no resolution.... resolved after writing this review,,, incompetent sales manager.
