Fast and efficient service for repair of charging port on my ipad pro 2020. Sent to them via tracked Royal Mail (which did not give tracked information as expected). MED responded quickly to my email query to ascertain if delivery had taken place and ipad returned in full working order within a week of sending - even with Christmas post delays. Could not recommend more.

We have used MED Repairs for the replacement of batteries for iPhones and for a laptop purchase and data restore. The service provided by Jonas was quick, professional and well priced. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We received excellent customer service and would highly recommend MED Repairs.

Excellent price for my iPad battery replacement. Fast and professional service. 5 months after the replacement the screen started to come away from the body in one corner. This was quickly dealt with free of charge by Ionut Belcea. Can’t fault the service.

It isn't often that the service provided by a company was so good that I felt it worthy of a review. Fantastic communication, incredibly fast service and a very reasonable price. If you are at all worried about trusting your valued device to this company then worry no more. They are brilliant and excel at everything they do.

I would like to add to the brilliant reviews on here for this company, which is what persuaded me to risk my precious, water damaged 12.9” iPad Pro to them. They diagnosed the problem excellently, provided superb customer service about what they were going to do and why, giving me choice and advice all the way. They fixed it beautifully for the best price I could find and sent it back within 5 days from my sending it. It is like new and I thought it was ruined, I am so relieved. Thank you Medrepairs.

I never write reviews, but in this case I have to. After I dropped my iPad and cracked the screen. I gave these guys a call and the friendly and professional person on the phone gave me some great advice next are paid for new screen through their website, which was very straightforward And cost me a lot less than it would have through Apple. Dropping my iPad off was very straightforward, and when I called the next day to ask if it had been repaired, I was told that I had a screen protector which was cracked, but the screen itself was 100% fine and that they will be issuing me a complete refund, I still can’t believe how friendly professional and honest this company is and so I can highly recommend them.

My wife had accidentally dropped her ipad pro in the bath, and despite sticking in rice etc, was unable to repair it ourselves. Found MEDRepairs on google, and sent the Ipad in for diagnostics, was surprised to find out the only real issue was the battery. MEDRepairs resolved this quickly, and were even accommodating in allowing me to collect as I was in the area. Really impressed, and would recommend MEDRepairs to anyone that needs their device repaired.

I sent my iPad on a Monday to have the battery replaced. I was surprised to receive the iPad back on the Wednesday. I have never used MED Repairs before but was influenced by the very competitive prices & the promise of a speedy service. It’s so good when your expectations are exceeded by the actual experience. On this basis I would definitely use MED Repairs again & would definitely recommend them

I can’t rate MED Repairs highly enough. I took my iPad in late on Tuesday and collected it on Wednesday. Ionut was so efficient and reasonable. Added to that they are 100% honest. The first time I was quoted for a new screen as I thought it was cracked and paid for it. The next day I was told that it was just the tempered glass that was cracked and was given a refund. I would never have known. This time I was told it was just the top glass that was cracked after I sent a photo. Again, I would never have known. Highly recommend…

I can’t recommend highly enough this service, I dropped off my nexus which to be fair is very old but sentimental on the off chance with my iPad , they are working on it , there prices are very reasonable and 5 Star customer care

Fantastic service, dropped my iPad in for the charging socket to be repaired on 29 Dec and collected it the following day. Really helpful to speak to and socket replaced for a competitive price. Will definitely use / recommend them again.

Just like everyone else I decided to get my ipad & iphone repaired before Christmas so I can gift them to my family.

Along with the other 5 star reviews I feel compelled to write one too. I have used MED repairs on three separate occasions. On the second occasion there was an urgent need for iPad screen to be replaced because it was needed the following day. I emailed MED repairs a few minutes before they closed. I received an email back telling me to bring it to the owners home and he would fix the screen while I waited.

Just today I had an iPhone 7 battery replaced. The screen stopped working and MED repairs said that they would replace the screen free of charge so that we would have a fully functional iPhone. Not only can I not fault the quality of the repairs and the service, but to go above and beyond to meet my requirements is outstanding.

I recommend MED repairs whole heartedly to anyone who requires a high quality service at a good price.

What an unbelievable service. All within 3 days did I send off my ipad gen 5 broken screen and had it back on the 3rd.

I used special recorded delivery but it was well worth it. I had one update which said they had received it and then surprisingly it turned up on the 3rd day.

All working fine, extremely well fixed, feels like brand new. I have just upgraded to a new ipad but with repairing the broken screen, this is a present for my partner. Great quality.
