Lauren Jarvis was clear with her advise, after she found that the previous broker, had not informed me that he had set up a new contract, with her advise i'm now taking the situation up with British gas lite.

Gareth organised our next electricity contracts, and answered any queries we had promptly.

I have talked to many companies about our energy contracts and sometimes they can be an irritation, however Paula Nellist was a pleasure to deal with. At all times personable and friendly, but also extremely professional and with an excellent grasp of our needs as a potential client, as well as detailed knowledge of the energy market.
