I purchased my goods through Kogan online, being a reputable and trustworthy brand in Australia.

First of all, It took them 7 days to dispatch the item and when i contacted them about the item tracking number, they gave kogan a toll tracking number and then gave me a Landmark Global tracking number. I asked the seller to confirm which tracking number im to use and questioned by they gave me to deferent tracking number and my order was cancelled and refunded. the Landmark Global tracking number states its in melbourne airport and to be delivered very soon. and the toll tracking number states its been shipped. What the hell is going on with this company.

First they tried to lie to me and add fulse tracking information in kogan's ordering system. They are nothing but scamming

I purchased my goods through Dick Smith online, being a reputable and trustworthy brand in Australia.
The product was then sent through a Dick Smith Trusted Third-Party seller from Hong Kong (Eclipse BT Technology).

Through researching this third-party company(Eclipse BT Technology) I discovered them to be well-known scammers (check reviews online if you don’t believe me) and will lead you down an endless email chain to try and recover your money from a product that they sold you that was damaged or second hand when advertised as new.

I am most appalled that Dick Smith & Kogan choose to partner with this company as it is significantly hurting their reputation and once I tried to get assistance from Dick Smith I was redirected to continue to keep speaking with this fraudulent third-party seller.

Ordered a Oneplus 9 from Kogan via Eclipse and the product is exactly as what I had selected, could not be more pleased.

Support gave me clear answers to my numerous inquiries within 36-48 hours of me emailing them.

Make sure to do your research into the model version that you need for your country as there are varying gsm/lte/5g bands in different countries. Don't blame the supplier if your phone's mobile data doesn't work.

Delivery was amazingly quick considering the Covid-19 pandemic. Delivery from Hong Kong to my doorstep ( NZ ) took 3 days once DHL had picked up the shipment. The package was nicely secure with bubble wrap and no damage was detected.

The phone came with a complimentary travel adapter so that I could use the official charger supplied with the phone.

Great and professional service.

These mofos are rorting scamming liars the phone I just purchased samsung note 20 was described as brand new no mention of it being refurbished I paid over a $1,000 for refurbished rubbish! In the middle of trying to sort it out as the rubbish phone is also in Chinese and I can't even set it up these mofos I will get my money back and go to a reputable establishment no more kogan for me if they've got sellers like this on the site I will have eclipse BT Technology banned trust me when I say I will scribble all over Google just to make sure you don't rip people off because this is what happens poor business practises leads to poor reviews I've contacted afterpay I will get my money back

Hi I've just read the reviews for ECLIPSE BT TECHNOLOGY, 77% Of the reviews are bad. I would like a full refund, and I will be writing a formal complaint to fair trading. I would like a full refund and I will not be paying an Admin fee of $55 to get a full refund.

I ordered a product and its says as new, and what I got from the contact seller was a damaged phone with a screen that does not work that was supposed to be as new, straight out of the box.

Kogan should not be associating or doing business with ECLIPSE BT Technology, with the amount of complaints and gazillion emails that people have to go through just to fight to get their hard earned money back is unacceptable.

Kogan has done right by me in the past but this has put me off wanting to ever buy anything from this seller ever again.

This is people's hard earned money being messed with. Do the right thing.

Ordered a Samsung Z fold 2 from Elipes BT technology through Kogan, Received the phone, During setup I noticed it was a Chinese model and it had been rooted (modified) I contacted the company and they asked me to send it back, When they received it they claimed the phone I sent them is not the phone they sent me after about 53 emails they said will not refund my money and I have to pay a $55 admin fee to get my money back. This company is a scam and Kogan should either make the company give a full refund or Kogan should give the full refund as I purchased the phone through Kogan. I have reported this to The department of fair trading.

Ordered a Samsung S21 over $1100 2 weeks ago, said on the page delivery within 3-5 days so found it strange when I received an email from toll saying it was in transit from Hong Kong, so the last couple of days I tracked it to Melbourne, well today I received and email saying great news your package was delivered to a suburb in Melbourne(I live in Sydney) called toll the delivery company who confirmed my tracking number was a phone but was under and a different name and address and the package had been signed for, so now someone in Melbourne has my new phone cannot contact this "company" koggan don't even have a phone number, how do Kogan allow these scammers on there sítě? Does anyone have any similar stories or ideas of how to contact this Eclipse BT technologies scammers, reading these reviews it doesn't look good.

I have to admit that after reading all reviews I was freaking out that this company is a scam but the communication was really good and I received my lens within 7 days from Hong Kong. The first tracking link was incorrect so this was making me a bit nervous as there was no updates and it seemed like the parcel has never been shipped but after my second email I received a correct one and it all went really smooth.
Product- it is just as it was supposed to be. Brand new in a box.

I made an order with this company through the Kogan website nearly 3 weeks ago.
after multiple emails back and forth as the courier kept saying the package has not been given to them to send to me!
the company kept saying wait for the product to arrive in 3-5 business days.
today after emailing them they have now stated they have cancelled and fully refunded me, due to being out of stock. But where is the phone they apparently sent me over 2 weeks ago?
do yourself a favour and never deal with this company!!! they are scammers!

Terrible customer experience. I ordered a oneplus 8 through Kogan and there have been problems since day 1. the basic functionality of the phone doesn't work ie it drops calls mid conversation.

After 42 emails, they have refused to do anything and are asking for $55 to return my faulty phone to me.

I contacted Kogan and they said there was nothing they could do because Eclipse is a Marketplace seller....

The phone is not as they advertised and not a demo as advertised being second hand from Japan
Was reluctant to return as I would never see the correct phone or money’s again I suggest you get an imei report to get the correct history on your delivered phone .. don’t give up keep emailing them

Received Samsung tab S2 today cant get it to work will not update does not open anything have reset it 3 times does not fix it even did a hard reset still nothing . I brought it because I thought a demo would work it doesn't . Does anyone know how to contact these people ..have looked everywhere and I can not find a phone number ..not very good first impression

Wish i had seen these reviews before i threw away my money. Bought a phone through Kogan website marketplace seller Eclipse BT Technology. Iphone received was faulty and not working. Customer service is woeful and non existent. Waiting to get my money back and just getting stuffed around. Reported to ACCC in the hope i may get my money back. DO NOT DEAL with this seller!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Wish I seen these reviews before I bought from them. Ipad still hasn’t arrived at 1 month and now I’m confident they’ve lied to me about being a demo model. Never again wish I wasn’t so dumb to buy from them!

I order a samsung galaxy note 9 and the service was great got back to me when I emailed them about my item . And I received in 3 days which was excellent service and great pricing works perfectly well 😀

Eclipse Technology sent me a faulty iPhone and now are being very difficult regarding refunding my money.
They have been giving me the runaround for months.

Dont go near them. They sell through Kogan. There are a number of review similar to this so they have form on their behaviour.

They are s..t the products they sell aren’t what they are on the adds, would not recommend the adds are false, don’t ever buy

I ordered a Samsung tab s7 from Kogan for $200 cheaper than anyone else I honestly thought it would be refurbished or second hand to my surprise the tablet was brand new and came in a sealed by Samsung box with all the accessories like it would if you bought it from jbhifi. I had my doubts when I saw the reviews and I was getting worried when I tracked my package and it said it was coming from Hong Kong but everything turned out perfect the only thing eclipse could have done better was sending the tracking number after dispatch I had to email them to get it but the replied in 1 hour with the tracking number

will be going through these guys again thanks eclipse
