I own a 2008 Audi RS4 Cabriolet and had a leak in my left front strut. Was told by Audi that the struts for my car were obsolete. The tech recommended that I convert to coil overs. Other than that I had no clue as to what I needed. Your customer service department was able to tell me in short order what I needed. I place my order and within a few days the parts arrived. My local European car repair shop agreed to do the conversion which saved me about a grand over what Audi quoted me. My only observation is that the coil overs are not as stiff as the factory struts. Other than that, the ride is great!! Thanks for your help!!

My Turner part was backordered - twice. Second delay put estimated delivery during an overseas trip, so needed to cancel. Getting through to a person on Chat impossible, I was timed out at 15 minutes waiting 3 separate time. Once I called, and was sent from sales to customer service, I was able to cancel the order. Chat needs a process review, better to chuck it unless it is made better now.

I buy alot of after market parts from this website because they look good on my car. I forget from time to time that it’s just cheap damn plastic, and they take their sweet time for the lifetime warranty replacement. When they don’t make a profit, you’re not a priority. I think I’ll have to start buying aftermarket parts from a different website just because the plastic is so cheap.

*****EDIT******Ordered parts. Simple! Front Strut Cartridges (2) and Rear Shocks (2), lowering springs and a skid plate.
Excitedly opened the package and saw the invoice with the correct part numbers and the boxes with the same said part numbers.
Then disappointingly, after the vehicle was taken apart (my mistake), I opened the parts boxes to find the part numbers in the boxes did NOT match the part numbers on the boxes. AND.... The parts had been previously INSTALLED!!!
Emails and phone calls and and driving (more than 20 miles each way) to a FEDEX OFFICE to get a RECEIPT for sending the wrong parts back. Received replacement parts, and they too were in the correct box, but the wrong parts! This time the parts had not been installed! This meant ANOTHER trip more than 20 miles each way, to the FedEx Office to get a receipt.
After sending more than 5 emails with the FEDEX RECEIPT and TRACKING NUMBERS, 11 days later, and FINALLY received the CORRECT PARTS!!!!!
Used to have a good reputation. I will NEVER use or recommend them, EVER!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. This company is the worst company I've ordered from them once it was okay. Now every time I order if they need a bank transfer or PayPal or for order item it's ends up back ordered or they take forever to process the item and it takes forever to get here I've had one account I cannot get in and start a new account and before starting the new account there acting like I'm scamming on all of my info matches and it's easy verifiable are they make you jump through hoops just to end up waiting for packages for weeks and weeks or they might end up back ordered while you are waiting for them to be shipped.
Terrible company they do not care about their customers they just care about the bottom line.

ECS used to be reputable but I don’t know what has happened to them in recent years I still try to order off them as SOMETIMES they have the best prices but their shipping is totally unreliable. They use FedEx and yes free shipping over 50 but that is slow. So you upgrade like I did for 11 more but that is even marginal. Currently the package is sitting at FedEx on a Saturday when it was promised delivery and as of Monday it still sits not moving holding up getting this repair done. I feel the upgraded shipping is a con if the part arrives in town and then up to FedEx to deliver when they want to. They also don’t give you a set date, they give a range that way they don’t have to reimburse the shipping when it don’t arrive even though they have it. If I order from them again(see next paragraph) I won’t be for something I need asap and I’m not paying the inflated shipping fee that really gets you nothing.
Also I was going to buy a part from them the other day and it was shown as one price but in the cart it was $80 more. Contacted them and they questioned me were I saw that as it wasn’t the correct price and I clipped the screen including our chat to prove it and all they said was sorry that is our new price. FCP and another site were 80 dollars less. So I bought it off FCP where I’ll probably do more shopping even if a few dollars more at times due to customer service, not falsified advertising and the fact that they ship UPS and I get stuff way quicker.

I ordered the fasteners that were specified in the water pump replacement kit for my Jetta MKV. I didn't buy the kit because I wanted a Rein pump and it wasn't available that way. Anyway, none of the bolts for the passenger side motor mount were correct. The M10 with the small threaded stud on top of the head wasn't needed, at least not the little threaded stud. The other four bolts were M12's, but my car needed M10's with 16mm hex caps. Not sure how you could make a mistake like that, but I've seen how-to videos where they ran into the same problem.
Update: The customer service manager at ECS reached out after reading my review, and actually suggested I was probably trying to use the fasteners they sent me in the wrong places, because their system couldn't be wrong, apparently. And after wasting my time, money, and insulting my intelligence, I have received no apology, no admission they could have been wrong, no call tag for the parts I couldn't use, no offers whatsoever to try to right the ship. Talk about stellar customer service.

Ordered a license plate and screws on March 24th…estimated delivery day was April 3rd….then April 7th…NOW? May 8th…. What a terrible headache. Last time I’ll be ordering parts here.
Update:
They reached out after the review and offered a free shirt and overnight shipping. They also elaborated on the reason why it was delayed again, providing a little peace of mind. Great customer service.
