They sent parts that didn’t fit, their phone support is fake (endless bouncing through robo-labyrinth), their chat support might as well be. Then, their web bot authorized a return for the problem parts, except the oroblem parts. Sickening.

Update: gave them one more try, and phone support materialized this time… all fixed, including immediate remediation of the screw-up.

I have been a long-time customer and have consistently experienced excellent service. The shipping is prompt, the prices are competitive, and the packaging is always secure. This company is my preferred choice for purchasing parts.

This company has what they call a lifetime replacement on parts. You read the page and you think wow yeah I don't have to worry if the part fails it will be covered. We'll jokes on you. If you go a step more on the liftetime replacement page that says click here clicked to see the process which most won't you will find out you only get a credit on the account. You must repurchase the part at full price. It is a bait and switch. Do not purchase parts from here go to other sites that actually cover the parts not force you to buy more from them.

First off - Great Selection of Tuning Products for European Car Enthusiasts. I was able to find products specific to my tuning needs. Second - Pricing is Budget Friendly. The products I purchased, didn't break my bank and shipping was free (quick too). Third - The Customer Service is Top Notch. One instance involved me just completing a purchase, and just a while after, I received a promo code from registering for a drawing; I requested if I could take advantage of the code to the order, and ECS obliged.

Parts came in time, except for a slight delay, part was out. As on as it came in, it was sent. Good work men.

Get rid of LIFETIME REPLACEMENT or STAND by it....youre not replacing anything if youre making me buy another one...This is False advertising and a SCAM...buyers beware...Total bullshit...they dont stand by what they sell...buy somewhere else where they offer real warranty

I purchased a pair of downpipes and the wrong size clamps were included. ECS wouldn't ship the correct parts until they received the wrong parts!

No Trust

Placed a costly order for a new suspension kit. Received the order to find that inside ECS's box the part supplier's packaging was opened and it looked like the parts were just dumped back into the ECS box. Struts were outside of the individual boxes the OEM used for the original shipping.

Immediately called ECS who noted that the shipment contained an "open box returned item". New items were on backorder so take it or leave it but the order was covered by their warranty. Car was in the shop with the parts mostly installed when we realized that one wire adaptor was missing.

ECS was great at helping replace the missing part but the whole process took a couple weeks.

Disappointing to spend over $2k on new parts to then be stuck waiting on missing items because the order was fulfilled with open box returns.

Recently bought a used Audi A4 Allroad that came with the base carrier roof rack bars. The owner had lost the keys and her son popped the locks to get the end caps off, so they were just hanging there unsecured. I thought it would be easy enough to find the lock cylinder code and get new keys, but boy was I wrong.

After days of searching online for replacement part numbers I landed on a page on ECS that only showed up after a google search for a specific Audi OE part number (and did not show up when searching inside the ECS website itself). I reached out to customer service with the ECS part number for the roof rack I have (available on their website), the ECS set of lock cylinders I had found, a description of exactly what I was looking for, and a request to verify that the lock cylinder set on ECS's website was a match for the roof rack I have. I was told verbatim "Replacing the lock cylinders from this set would be very difficult. I recommend replacing the entire unit: [link]".

The thing is, I had already removed the lock cylinders from the end caps which was VERY easy to do with only a small flat head screwdriver. I get it, sales people make sales so I shrugged off the lack of willingness to look into my fairly specific request, and replied asking again to verify if the part number for the lock cylinders I asked about would work for the roof rack I also already asked about. This time I included photos of the lock cylinders I had removed. The reply I got said "These should work!". So I went ahead and ordered them. 2 weeks later I found out that they in fact did not work, and because I live in Hawaii, the shipping cost + the return shipping and shipping for a different item was going to cost half as much as the lock cylinders themselves. I called customer service to explain all of this and to ask if there was a way to at least get a credit for the cost of shipping. The part I later found I needed was more expensive, and I was prepared to pay the difference.

Mariah was the person who helped resolve my issue and let me just say, after a disappointing initial customer service interaction, she was phenomenal. She heard me when I walked her through me doing my due diligence in researching, and got me the correct part sent out, for no additional shipping cost AND no return shipping cost to me. Mariah is the reason I gave 5stars, and why I continue to trust ECS Tuning as a reliable resource for VW/Audi parts. Thanks Mariah!

Ridiculous experience. Will never deal with again. After waiting weeks for my order to arrive, found they sent wrong items. Wanted me to return the wrong items before they sent out new order. Promised a quick turn around, but it took a couple weeks again. Replacement items arrived finally, and they were worse than the 1st order. A bunch of promises by customer service, and they were all bull. Never again.

I love cars. All kinds! I spend prob $20k annually on personal cars and a lot more for customers cars. I decided to give ECS a try cause they had a part I couldn’t get anywhere else at that price! Initially they gave me the wrong tracking number and we’re not very responsive to my emails or calls. So I disputed the order Via PayPal that I have had 0 updates. They responded with a different tracking number saying it had been delivered days prior. Which was news to me. I mentioned that I hadn’t received the item and was told they would reach out to the vendor. That was the last time I spoke to them. 2 months and nothing after multiple attempts I gave up. Fast forward I had a client who brought some downpipes to be installed and didn’t have hardware. Had my parts guy just grab some from online and he grabbed a set from ECS. This morning I was told because I opened a dispute in the past they will only except wire transfers for products moving forward. To be clear my dispute never stopped payment or retracted payment to them. However because they were sloppy with tracking numbers I have to pay the price. Morale of my very long story is there are better options out there that have CS together then ECS. Ebay is better at this point to work with then ECS, Amazon, FCP Euro you name it. Save your time an energy and shop elsewhere.

I have ordered multiple items for my project over the course of a year and each order was 100% accurate with nothing missing. Pricing and delivery times are fantastic, I live in the U.K and my orders arrive in 3 day’s normally. They have fantastic spontaneous sales and also give solid advice.
Honestly, you should give them a go, P.s the parts are incredibly well made and as well as that they’re also beautiful to look at.

After failing to find the part I required in Europe (being from Northern Ireland) I found the part available at ECS Tuning. Initially I was a bit wary of ordering a part for a German car from America but having exhausted all avenues of locating the part in Great Britain and Europe I had to bite the bullet and give it a try. Well it was the best decision I made, easily ordered and dispatched within the timeframe given. Part arrived all the way in little ole Northern Ireland in a few days. Can’t thank the whole team at ECS Tuning enough, excellent service from point of ordering to receiving goods.

Not bad, but its going downhill. I miss the nice ECS white boxes with the tape, made it special. Now its just a generic box. What getting to be a deal breaker is that I had to click through 3 ad's just to get through cart - and then more ad's show up in box. 100 dollars off some alcohol club probably isn't a great idea. ECS isn't cheap, so the spam marketing on top of things is insulting. Order's are also being split more and more for dumb reasons. Company seems to be becoming more of a 3rd party marketing website.
