Eden Mobility - Corby Reviews 

we noticed that the connection to the light on the front of the scooter we purchased last year had come away and so we contacted Eden Mobility to arrange a repair. The scooter was still in warranty and they sent someone out to our home very promptly. We had a gentleman called Courtney who was an incredible guy. He put my wife at ease straight away and as well as the repair, he gave our mobility scooter a service and tested all functions. The company could not have sent a more helpful person, very polite and engaging. The customer service he provided was fantastic. Great ambassador for his company. We do need to have another appointment as he had to order us a new light set, and we have already requested from his office, that Courtney comes to replace it, when it is ready. Big thank you to Eden and Courtney.

I went in the corby store to purchase a mobility scooter,Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose one,the experience was excellent and very pleasant. Sam is a credit to your company.

Thanks to them my life has changed completely. I finally got a powerchair so I dont have to struggle going out every day and I actually now enjoy going out which I never used to. Thank you so much Sam for all your help and thank you eden for giving me this opportunity for a new start

I visited Eden Mobility shop in Corporation Street Corby, Northamptonshire. I have trouble with my walking due to arthritis and copd and needed more stability than my walking stick. Adam directed me towards the Freedom Tri Walker which I loved straight away. Adam was so helpful and is such a lovely friendly man. Vicky delivered my walker after she finished work, as she lives close to me. So, all in all,I had great service. I would definitely visit the shop again should I need any more Mobility devices.

Purchased the Quickie 50R Carbon electric wheelchair. The chair whilst looks ok for daily outings it has a poor turning circle, it can only be used where the curbs are dropped exactly. It is almost impossible if it is more than a few millimetres. The battery life is poor. It is good that I brought 2 batteries as even short journeys bring the battery reading to red.i have used electric wheelchairs for over 20 years. A disappointing purchase. The testing in the shop was fine as it was a short distance and no curbs.

Just wanted to say how happy me and my mum are for all the help and advice we got from Vicky at the corby shop, we purchased a power chair for mum,and would always go back if needed anything else, hopefully served by Vicky thank you.
