Took my dad for a mobility scooter, they were very kind, patient and knowledgable. Good customer service so far.

I ordered a mobility scooter. Unfortunately on the first use it proved to be faulty.i returned tge same and git an exchange for a different scooter with no hassle.Mick Davey at the scunthorpe branch could not have been more helpful and apologetic.he ensured everything was OK and when we picked the scooter up,he helped us dismantle and put in the boot
.He is a very helpful and knowledgeable man, first class service

Absolutely fantastic service from all the sales team if your looking for a Scoozy or any mobility scooter give these guys a call they will help you I went to a few companies but these guys gave me the time to make the right decision 100% recommendation.
Then my Scoozy turned up this morning I had a ride around the Close I had actually driven one as a mate of mine has one absolutely brilliant the great bit of kit love it.

I today had the pleasure of meeting Jamie Lewis. What a wonderful chap you have working for you. He rang me before he came to let me know when he would be at my home and he arrived with a smile despite the horrendous traffic and road works he faced.
Jamie was very thorough in his explanation of the scooter he delivered and was so incredibly patient and understanding of my needs.
From start to finish I felt very reassured, and Jamie answered all my many questions and there were lots!
From being a very independent lady, due to health reasons I now need help with my mobility so this was all very daunting for me. Having spoken to Aimee first in the sales department who very carefully and thoroughly went through all the options, to the delivery of the scooter today and Jamie's help, I would not hesitate in recommending Eden Mobility to anyone. Jamie and Amiee are both an absolute credit to Eden Mobility. A truly professional, understanding, patient company who really do have people's needs at the heart of their company.

Very professional and helpful

I would highly recommend Eden Mobility who made an excellent job of fitting a stairlift in my house. Excellent support and advice from John Bolton and Cameron who ensured everything from the original assessment to the work being completed met my partners needs. The work was done quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption to my house.Both were extremely helpful in explaining and demonstrating how to use the stairlift making sure everything was working well before they left. Could not praise Eden highly enough for the excellent customer service they provided.

We went to the scunthorpe branch and we had excellent service. Diane was so helpful and knowledgeable that nothing was too much trouble and explained everything the branch had so many scooters to choose from. We will be recommending them

Went today to see what they could offer as I need a mobility scooter. Immediately my son & I hit it off with Nick Davey the salesman. He had a very caring, pleasant nature and he went over every aspect of the uses etc... there was no pressure salesmanship. I had a spin on the one he thought was best for me which was also the one I liked. Yes I bought it and eagerly await delivery in 2-3 weeks time. What a lovely man!

We recently visited the Scunthorpe branch of Eden Mobility to look at mobility scooters for my parents. Nick, the store manager, was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He welcomed us warmly and was more than happy to let my parents ‘test drive’ the scooters around the car park, which made a big difference in helping them feel confident. Nick clearly knows his stuff—he was very informative, answered all our questions, and made the whole process easy to understand. On top of that, he was cheerful and friendly, which made the visit really enjoyable. Excellent customer service all round!

Brilliant service tried before I bought no messing just great service from start to finish love my scooter that gets me up hills

Brought a scooter from this company that was mis sold to me as its not suitable as it struggles with the hills in Scarborough.asked for my money back eden are dragging their feet.on the 26th of March phoned their head office to speak to Gemma and the gentleman who answered the phone. Called Alan was very rude to me and told to wait till they phoned me as far as I'm concerned that is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer for the past 12 years going there for all my mobility needs spending thousands of pounds.well Eden you have lost a good customer. Thank you for nothing

A pleasure to have been dealt with by a sincere old school manager who went above and beyond in dealing with my wife's scooter breakdown.

Not happy at all l nearly got killed on Monday my scooter bolted straight into a car after l stopped on the footpath l..ve had them out several times to the same fault they keep saying it isn't faulty but it is lve had loads and loads of issues with my scooter I've only had it a few months.. l don't recommend eden mobility they are not at helpful a week last Thursday was when they last came out to it the 6th

Amazing !! Got my scooter in 2 days delivered . All the staff are helpful , polite and friendly
