Andrew was very friendly and helpful during our time at Eden Mobility scooter shop today. Andrew was very informative about the different scooters available to my nana and she was able to test out them out, and Andrew even made sure it would go in the boot of the car. And he invited us to his weekly coffee morning meetups on Wednesday mornings at 8:30am-11:30am at the shop. Thank you so much!

Excellent experience and very well looked after.
I have received my new scooter from the Skelmersdale branch. It was delivered exactly as promised, exactly at the time and day I was told. Now, I have decided to order a spare battery. I saw Max, who actioned my scooter order, and was treated with the same efficiency and friendliness as before. He did his very best to research the possibility of getting my battery within a short time, as I will be going away. He put the order through on my behalf at a very competitive cost. I would recommend to anyone needing a scooter or disability aid to visit the Skelmersdale branch and speak to Max. He will certainly do his very best for you.

Father in law just had a pacemaker…
Father in law just had a pacemaker fitted. Called in for advise re a scooter. Carol listened to his condition and circumstances in which he would use one, including the local terrain. No hard sell targeted at the highest price model or anything that was over specified and with plenty of options and insightful suggestions later he has purchased the ideal scooter for his needs. Honestly couldn't fault your lovely staff. Georgia was friendly and listened to what I was wanting and showed me the perfect electric wheelchair. Carol. Was exemplary and so helpful. My partner an amputee visited with me to the Warrington shop and after attempting to assist us she suggested with genius as his current walking stick was way to short to consider a tall "trecking" stick which we sought out and bought. Polite and friendly staff. Ebony answered all our questions with good knowledge of the products and showed me how to collapse the walker so I could fit into my mother's car. If I need more mobility equipment this will the first place I'd look.
