I had a really great experience with Eden Agency. Reece was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process and made sure every detail was taken care of. He always checked in to make sure I was happy and comfortable, which I really appreciated.

I truly feel he went above and beyond to find me such a lovely role, it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I feel very grateful for the opportunity and would highly recommend both Reece and the agency.

So today I called the company based on the positive reviews I read for advice in returning to work.
Kusum was so helpful and honest with me and even gave me some recommendations. Based on my experience so I'd rate this company as over and above.

My experience with the Nanny herself was absolutely fantastic and can not be faulted. Exceptional across the board with her care and expertise.

However, my reasoning for a lower rating is far more to do with the agency. I will keep the review brief as it is just intended to help others when approaching finding a Nanny / Maternity nurse. The agency is incredibly expensive for what is offered. I had to arrange the interviews from the outset, being told to contact applicants directly. I received a few automated emails offering discounts and ‘checking in’ but other than that support was non existent. The agency hounded both myself and the nanny to the extent of inappropriate - I have had others who’ve hired through them experience similar. They will call and even text for reviews. I wouldn’t use them again, which is a shame because the Nannie’s that they supplied was fantastic.

There are other agencies which offer a much more hands on and supportive service for half the cost of Eden.

I searched for a job and found a position I liked on Edenprivatestaff.

Echoing other reviews - we were paired with an unsuitable candidate, which we terminated after 10 days (of a 8 week contract). Eden sent one standard email to follow up for feedback but nothing else. It's concerning they did not want more details and would likely put the candidate in front of other families. Would not recommend.

Terrible service from there staff extremely rude. Not helpful. Everytime I call I get the same response from a young lady. The response is usually this. Ohhh I'm sorry but that department is this or that always an excuse on why she can't put me through! She even made me feel lesser and made me feel terrible about myself by saying maybe my cv is not good enough and that I'm just not qualified enough. Listen hear you, the only language you speak is English the only holiday you've been too is Spain. I speak 3 languages I have a degree from uni and I have the attributes and experience for your terrible so called professional company!

I joined Eden to find a job. I found them, especially Kawi, so very professional and helpful. They offered me a few nice jobs and put me with a lovely family. Am very happy. Thank you so much.

Avoid Eden recruitment at all costs! They take almost £10,000 and fail to find replacements as promised - even when the employee lasted only two weeks. To make it worse, after taking the huge sum, they said we aren’t entitled to a replacement because the initial finders fee wasn’t paid before the employer started - it was paid the week after - the first week the employer was working for us. Which is common practice of when you pay a finders fee!
I do not believe they check the references properly as the employee appeared to have some extreme mental health issues which I raised with Tammara but I didn’t so much as get a call back to check.
They have said to pay them again at a discount rate and they will find someone else for us!! Absolute sharks and completely immoral way to run a business.
Don't be deceived by their empty claims. Read the truthful 1-star reviews to see their unethical practices. Protect yourself and choose a reputable company instead as there are some amazing household staff companies in London who practice with great morals.

Pretty much the same as the other review. Provided an unsuitable candidate to the extent we lost confidence in the agency providing us any carer to look after our baby. Given our role in having phone interviewed the candidate we felt it fair we pay for all time used and have a refund for commission not used. They disagreed and said "we have no choice because that's our terms and conditions " and we are happy to provide another candidate. I explained I wasn't prepared to play trial and error with candidates who are not suitably vetted. That didn't help.

Terrible rip off company, no wonder they don’t show any reviews on there website. Only care about the commission. The first candidate wasn’t the right fit for me, and I asked for some other choices. Because Connor thought I was time waster and he wanted to make his commission he moved on to next client. And rushed me off the phone throwing his toys out of pram! an un professional company would go near them
