Terrible customer Service! I ordered and was overcharged for delivery. Customer Service refused to refund due to the store I ordered from did not have the item and they authorized additional delivery because the item was delivered by another store. I did not authorize additional charges.

Partial Order, Not Complete.
I placed an order from the store in Brockton Ma, for my niece birthday. I ordered the gift set that includes, one red rose, one baloon & 5 cupcakes + an additional card I paid for too on the side. Unfortunately, they sent her partial of the expensive order I placed. Missing was, the red rose & two cupcakes. I complained about it, they never reached out. I am owed a partial refund which I know I ain't receiving. I will NEVER order from them again. They robbed me of my money. Very dissatisfied that they do this to any customer. Not recommended

Placed an order for a Mother’s Day arrangement to be delivered on Mother’s Day and what should have been a thoughtful gift turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The order was nearly $100, and not only was it never delivered on the promised date, it was apparently never even made.
On Mother’s Day itself, after spending nearly an hour on hold just trying to reach customer service, I was assured the arrangement would be delivered no later than 8:00 PM. That never happened. No delivery. No call. No email. No explanation.
I attempted to follow up over the next two days. The first day, nobody answered at all, and the local Phoenix store was closed despite posted business hours stating it should have been open. The next day I sat on hold for over 30 more minutes only to be told that there were “several orders” that had not been fulfilled. Their idea of making this right? Offering me a cheesecake bite as an apology for a completely missed nearly $100 Mother’s Day gift. Seriously?
I declined and simply asked if they could deliver what I actually paid for, even though Mother’s Day had already passed. I was then assured the arrangement would be delivered the following day. Again—nothing happened.
It has now been a full 8 days since the order was originally supposed to arrive. Still no delivery. Still no refund. Still no apology. Still no acknowledgment of the absolute failure in service and communication.
Missing a delivery is one thing. Repeatedly making promises you have no intention or ability to keep, leaving customers sitting on hold endlessly, failing to communicate, and then acting as if a tiny free dessert somehow fixes it is unacceptable. This experience was beyond disappointing — it was careless, disorganized, and frankly ridiculous. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again.

I called the store who deliver it (10010 Abetcorn st Savannah GA) and the person I spoke with told me that he would have his manager call me. The website also has all these statements about making it right. All I know is that they are off my list for gift ideas. Terrible service & customer service.

Strawberries were only 1/2 covered with chocolate. No striped design or anything to make them look nice. About $80 for 18 berries. Way overpriced. I will never buy them again. Wasted my money! Edible Arrangements company need to do better.

I am extremely disappointed! Edibles arrangements are not what they use to be. This particular store reported to have delivered my order which was a bouquet and a treat (cheesecake with strawberry 🍓) . It never arrived when they said. This was for my sister birthday. I called them no answer , left a voicemail and emailed the online company customer service. 2 hours later my sister said they show up. But only half the order. Where is the cheesecake I paid for. Emailed and called and left a message again and still I am out of $10. That may be small but still my money their problem. I will use another company which I have before and never had this problem and their product is just as good if not better

Worst possible experience. I got 3 fruits randomly chopped and arranged for 49 dollars plus tip. Not all fruits listed nor any presentation. If they did not have it could have called and cancelled my order.

I ordered the “Happy Birthday Delicious Fruit Design® with Confetti Berries – Large” and paid about $124 total for what was advertised as a premium, arranged birthday gift.
What was delivered looked nothing like that. Instead of a designed fruit arrangement, it was essentially a basic plastic tray of cut fruit, similar to something you’d pick up at a grocery store for $15. It did not match the product description, presentation, or price point.
This was meant for a birthday, and by the time it arrived and we realized the issue, the event had already passed and we were unable to get it resolved.
We’ve tried contacting the store multiple times by phone (voicemail only), through their website, and through corporate, and have received no response. There has been no attempt to fix or address the issue. We’ve also filed a complaint with the BBB.
Very disappointing experience, especially given the cost. I would not recommend ordering from this location. We were repeat customers, and this experience has lost our business.

Zero stars should be an option
Zero stars should be an option. I placed a time-sensitive order with Edible Arrangements and it was either assigned or accepted by this store without my knowledge, because apparently other locations did not have the product. I made it explicitly clear that if they could not meet the delivery timeframe, I would cancel.
The store initially told me they did not have the staff to meet that timeframe. I reiterated that timing was critical. They said they would speak with a manager, then called me back and affirmatively represented that they could meet the delivery expectation.
I relied on that representation.
They did not perform as promised.
The order was delivered late, and they failed to notify me of the delay, which eliminated my ability to cancel or make alternate arrangements. The timing and the surprise were the entire purpose of the transaction, and their failure defeated that purpose completely.
I also expressly instructed them not to contact the recipient under any circumstances because it was a surprise, and they ignored that instruction and contacted the recipient anyway.
When I attempted to resolve this directly with the store, the situation deteriorated further. I was met with discourteous and dismissive behavior, and the manager changed his version of events multiple times during the same conversation while contradicting what had already occurred.
Rather than taking responsibility, the store deflected blame and, even after corporate contacted them on my behalf, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered a substitute that does not address their failure.
That response confirms this is not a misunderstanding. It is a refusal to take accountability.
This was:
A clear promise to meet a time-sensitive obligation
A failure to perform after confirming that obligation
A failure to notify of a known delay
A complete defeat of the purpose of the transaction
A disregard of explicit delivery instructions
And a refusal to correct the issue even after escalation
I am now pursuing further action based on how this was handled.
If timing, reliability, or basic professionalism matter to you, I would strongly reconsider using the , 2315 Market Pl Blvd, Georgia location.
My husbands surprise was ruined
I work in a corporate building with several employees. The delivery driver came to deliver the front desk staff asked the driver to give them time to locate or figure out who the person was. The driver ended up leaving. The store contacted my husband after leaving not during to try and find me but after and told him they would not be able to make the delivery because I don't work in that building. He was then told he could pick the order up himself. He asked for a refund and he was told that he could not get a refund he would have to pick up the order. He asked for a manager the person then goes ill give you a refund. My employer called the store because the front desk clerk felt bad about the driver leaving. She asked can they bring the delivery back. The store asked for my number and my employer gave it to them. The store called and explained all that happened and said my husband was rude. She went into a rant about everything. I had to basically cut her off and ask could she make the delivery, because the additional conversation wasn't needed. It was about me receiving my order It was the worst. They ruined his surprise. The driver was also very rude upon return. I always order from them but I will never ever again and also will let my husband know to never ever.
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. Have been using this company for years for my real estate business and my last delivery was never delivered and it was a different location out of Budd Lake New Jersey that was to fulfill it. Not only was I hung up on repeatedly from that store, but I keep receiving open and closed tickets for my complaints through their company customer service department. I put in a claim to my bank who issued a temporary credit and this has yet to be resolved. Based on the amount of negative reviews citing similar issues, I do not recommend this company as it has been only stressful and disappointing.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I cancelled my order within an hour and received confirmation, yet hours later I was contacted about a failed delivery. I provided proof of cancellation, and still no refund was issued.
I have followed up multiple times with both the store and corporate, and each time I was told a refund would be processed—this has not happened.
They have effectively kept $136 for an order that was cancelled properly and on time. This raises serious concerns about their business practices.

Store 994 in Columbus, GA - horrible experience. Did not receive my order, received no phone call as to why they couls not deliver it, I called and emailed and no one has answered. Hoping the figure out the right thing to do, the person losing is the one who did not get their gift on their special day- because people do not care. Disappointed

First off the app and online ordering is just horrible. It literally took me 2 days to finish my order because it kept freezing up etc One thing after another... So I ended up calling the local franchise although I knew that the reviews were bad. I ordered edible arrangements a lot throughout the years and myself personally never had a bad experience but I have not used them in a few years. So I took the chance and I ordered anyway. BIG MISTAKE. I should have trusted the consumers. I ordered $175 worth fruit also flowers for my daughter and her husband's anniversary. It was supposed to have been a surprise. No no surprise, the driver called my daughter and reviewed the address to her... There's no way that he got lost or the address was hard to find because it's a regular house in a regular subdivision it doesn't take a rocket scientist... So he didn't knock on the door and surprise her but he called her and let her know that he was coming. Of course they didn't bring the flowers which was very very important. I did not find out that they were out roses and all of flowers until after the edible arrangement was delivered. They never even told me. My daughter had to tell me when I asked her if she got the roses. Oh no no roses so I called the store and he said oh yeah we're all out of flowers we won't get them until next week.. Now why did he not tell me that when I called and ordered this stuff. If I would have known that I would have never ordered from edible arrangement... It's just total incompetence... It is so hard to find good workers but edible arrangemens store used to be good. I do not know what happened I guess they are hiring scraping the bottom of the barrel for people. I will never order from them again
