I have ordered from Sheri’s Berries for years but that ends now. Terrible delivery. I’m done.

My son sent the chocolate strawberries for Mother’s Day. A couple of them were moldy. Packaging was nice but cold pack inside was warm. Very disappointing!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. I was out of town for Valentine’s Day and wanted to send my wife a strawberry arrangement. I ordered 4 days ahead of time and spent $130 on something that should have been $50. Fast forward to 5:00 pm on Valentine’s Day and my wife has still yet to get the offset. I contacted customer service, which was next to useless so to the fact the call center was over seas and we could barely understand each other. They go ahead and process a refund, which took me 5 days to get. After looking into Sherri’s berries even more, I’m rather glad I didn’t get the order, due to the amount of people that have received moldy/soiled fruit.

So if you want to get someone something that’s moldy and doesn’t arrive on time, give Sherri’s berries a try

For the last 8 years Sharis Berries has been a mother's day tradition. My MIL looks forward to receiving her flowers and her chocolate dipped strawberries. This was the first year she shared the berries. Delicious! No wonder she wouldn't share all those other years.

I ordered flowers and chocolate covered berries as an apology to my wife. Meant to be delivered today. They claimed delivery was attempted but I know it was a lie as my security calls to advise me if anyone comes into the community. So item was not delivered. Overpriced and unreliable delivery. At least I was issued a refund but that doesn’t make it right as my wife is still upset at me and now I have to do something else. If you want a reliable place to order from, I am sure there are other better places. I won’t be ordering from them ever again.

I love the product, but the customer service is abysmal. I ordered a Mother's Day gift for a relative; it did not show up on the day requested. I never received an order confirmation, but my credit card was charged. After dealing with an inept AI chat agent, I switched to a live person who was almost as bad. Long wait times between responses, English was a bit off, some of the responses didn't track. He was able to tell me that the order was in for the following week, and made some suggestions about trying to move it forward, but couldn't seem to follow through. I finally called 1800Flowers, through which I had placed the order. After dealing again with an inept AI phone interface, I got a live person, who tried to help me but couldn't because the first service person had not closed out the account on the computer. He asked me to call back in 30 minutes, but as I'd already spent 45 minutes on the problem I asked him to call me instead. He promised he would. But didn't.

Given how expensive the product is, particularly when you have to add in shipping and handling, I will not use them again.

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my Mom for Mother’s Day. She opened it within 30 minutes of arrival and the box was wet, the chocolate was melted, and worst of all the strawberries were moldy. I did receive a refund but will not be purchasing from this company in the future. Major disappointment.

I would give a zero if I could. Ordered over week before mothers day. Had 3 items, 2 were delivered. Called several times to verify that the remaining one would be delivered. Was told had up to 8pm to deliver. 8PM???? On mothers day. That is Mothers night. Well, it never came and called yet again and was just offered an apology, nothing more. Could not talk to anyone else besides the foreign woman who answered. Not one could speak fluent English. Complete disappointment!! Now my daughter has her first mother's day without the gift I purchased. For such a large corporation, you would think they would have it together better than this. I don't care if it's the busiest holiday for them, it's not the first year they delivered.

I ordered somethings for my mother for mother's day. Paid extra to have delivers on May 9th. NOTHING came. No emails no calls no nothing. I called them and rhe 1st person couldn't find my account (but the automated system did in the beginning) so she just hung up on me instead or trying to figure it all out. The 2nd person was much friendlier and looked it up and found it and put me on hold and came back and said it was still being REVIEWED!! REALLY?? It's been over a week since I've ordered the things.. 1st time using them and LAST TIME using them. What a horrible place. I canceled my order and will have to figure something else out for my Mother.. ITS PATHETIC DONT USE THEM.. and just a FYI they are same people who do 1-800- Flowers if that tells ya anything about ordering from them either

I received my mother's day gift today from my daughter. The flowers were wilted and slimy while the strawberries were mushy and almost tasted sour and needed to be spit out. I did not want a replacement of the same so I requested a refund to my daughter. Boy was I surprised to learn the small batch of almost dead flowers and the mushy strawberries were over $100. How sad for my girl's $ being spent on such a low quality product. BEWARE: THE PRICE IS VERY HIGH FOR THE LOW QUALITY RECEIVED.

I ordered my berries for Mothers Day for my mom back in April. They never sent them and when I contacted them they only offered to redeliver at no cost to me. I mentioned I already paid for that so how is that compensation?! My mother now thinks we forgot her. They did not even attempt to offer a % off my next order. Nothing. They just stopped communicating with me and disconnected. And I was calm and polite. DO NOT ORDER!

Ordered 3 boxes of 12 chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered on to the same location on the same day. They only delivered 1 of 3 boxes. Called customer service they reordered the strawberries for the next day. The next day only got 1 more box. So 2 of 3 now. Called customer serves and asked for a refund on the 3rd box since it was past the birthday I needed it for. Terrible.

I really waited to give a zero. They screwed up my mother's day order. I leave the hose for 10 minutes to drive to the corner store to get a pack of cigarettes and miss my order. They usually just leave it. When did this start. I don't believe they even came by. I can't find them on any of my security cameras. I was not notified at all. I found that they missed me when I went back to my conformation email. Very unprofessional and very expensive. Do not rely on these people to deliver high priced crap for you. You may as well find someone locally. That's who is doing it anyway. They are charging you to get you something you can get locally for half the price. Now I have to get out on Mother's day to find a gift when I ordered this April 27th.

Very disappointed. We have purchased several times our the years and watched the quality decline. Recently receive a dozen drizzled berries as a gift from our daughter. We found the berries extremely small, old chocolate falling from the berries and mold on 8 out of 12. Berries were inedible. Sherri berries refunded the original cost but did not send a replacement as one would expect. Sherri’s berries has lost multiple customers, friends and family, who previously utilized them as a gift giving option.

I am super picky about delivery services. I would like to share that the chocolate covered strawberries that I sent to my daughter‘s office exceeded my expectations. The strawberries were well packed on ice, the strawberries were sweet and the chocolate was delicious. The box was beautiful. More importantly, I was able to track them and they arrived before 3pm. I am totally satisfied and will use Shari’s Berries again!

What arrived via delivery was EMBARASSING!!
The fruit was old, the chocolate was thick and chunky, the chocolate was melted all over the wrapping, and the balloon was for a baby shower and not what was ordered. The cute chocolate dipped bears looked like a 4 year old did it in preschool. Terrible is an understatement. I am very disappointed.

Chocolate covered strawberries were not edible. Ice packs warm at time of delivery. Don't waste your money.

Delayed delivery did not come on time for our anniversary. Wanted it delivered the day before we went out of town for the weekend for our anniversary. It came a day late and late in that evening. We left and was hoping to take them with us for the weekend. So they were left on front porch. Poor customer service cant get through. Gave them money and got poor service. I will never order from them again and will never recommend.

I ordered chocolate covered straw berries for my grand children for Easter and they were never delivered and my credit card was billed.
If you need something special do not order from this company you will be disappointed

Ordered Easter style strawberry's for my Daughters. Selected to be delivered the Friday before Easter. (1) made it in time, the other will now be delivered 3 days AFTER Easter. Unacceptable. Attempted to chat with customer service. Waited over 45 mins before anyone came on. In the end the agent said they could deliver another item before Easter, I said 'Great' The link the agent attached in the chat, sent me to their webpage AND disconnected my chat (after waiting 45 mins !!) HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, customer service. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.
