Totally disappointed about the material they sell. First issues with the down load. I wrote an email asking for help, but I didn’t get any answer. Thinking it was a fraud I tried to get my money back since I payed with PayPall. There, they contacted me immediately via PayPall telling they couldn’t understand my behaviour. Only after that they finally answered my email assuming i was using a different account to log in, which wasn’t true. After that I finally was able to download the material. I absolutely do not advice to buy it. It’s a lot af stuff with doubtful pedagogical value. Pictures are AI generated, and everyone is able to do it with an app, even more appropriated to the content you want to use. What they say is adaptable is poor material. I’m really disappointed. Do not advice.

In summary: Avoid EduKids Academy and be mindful of which products you choose to support. Do your research, and select products from companies that are both responsible and of good quality.

Don't both with this company.

Wanted to create training picture books and the website and Facebook made it sound great and that everything you needed is included in their price, but WRONG.

All you get for $49 or £41.00 is an instruction book which they email a link to their website to download to find out its Google files. And a step by step on how to create books using other websites which you have to pay for which don't say anything about on website.

You have 30 day refund if there is a problem, but unable to get refund.

I've contacted them within 10 minutes after download to ask for refund as I can't do training books on it and it definitely didn't say about paying extra. So they REFUSED the refund, so now trying to get money back from the people I paid through.

I think there are two great things about this product. First is the quality, the images are crisp and the lessons are well thought out. Second, is you can mix and match them to create numerous products all from the same pages. Buy once and use them many times.
