Kirsty from Edustaff provided a first class, seamless service from start to finish.

She was professional, knowledgable and really took the time to find out who I was as a person and what I was looking for in a school.

Within a short period of time she had set up my first interview with a lovely school very local to where I live. She guided me through the interview process and gave me practical advice on how best to answer questions that would likely be asked. I’m sure that due to her professional and astute guidance the school offered me a teaching position which I was happy to accept.

If you are thinking of registering with Edustaff I would say, don’t hesitate!

I was fortunate enough to work with Jay Smy when looking for a teaching position. The process was very easy. He gave me all the information i needed and answered all my questions. He was very efficient and managed to get me a job 1 week after confirming whether i am still looking for a job. He also made sure all me requirement were met and I couldn't be more happy with the job i ended up with. He also made sure that I was well prepared for the interview and even went as far as to call me before and after the interview. I'm really grateful for the amount of effort he and his team put into making sure I got a job. I will definitely be recommending edustaff to all my friends.

Edustaff were brilliant!

I had a job within a month of signing up with them, which was so rewarding and exciting! Finding an NQT place while undergoing the stress of a PGCE is a daunting task, but Edustaff were so helpful. I was mainly in contact with Jay, who was really friendly and a calming presence before the interviews I did. Jay was also very knowledgeable about the schools, having had contact with staff and an overall understanding of what would be the right fit for me. Edustaff put a lot of emphasis on what WE as future teachers want from the schools we will be working in, which is wonderful.

I would like advise anybody looking for a Classroom Teacher to use Edustaff. Matthew Stanley helped me secure my first role as a Class Teacher and he provided an excellent service. it was a quick and easy process, always provided support, honest, professional and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Excellent Service. Honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help me secure a role in teaching. The whole process, from first contact to helping me secure a job, took about a month.

Poor Communication.
I was contacted ny a recruiter about an opportunity but was told to go in to register with them and they would send an e-mail to confirm, but did not receive one. Had to call them back to reorganised.

When I arrived I was treated well and they had found a placement 2 days later. I was told I would have a paid trial. I did a total of 12-trial days, with poor communication on how to get paid.
I tried to contact a recruiter but he was on annual leave.
Finally got hold of him and was told me he would send a timesheet - never received it. Tried to contact him again but he was on annual leave (again!)

After filling in the timesheet, I received no reply. Was contacted a month later about sending a form for bank details - didn't receive it. Had to contact him twice! Finally got the form and filled it in. I sent it twice this time to make sure he receives it but wasn't sure until I receive an e-mail from payroll

2 months after my trial days - I have still yet to get paid!!

Tip to Edustaff - make sure staff sends acknowledgment e-mails like"got it" or "Thanks". Fix computer system so that e-mails actually get sent. Tell jobseekers about recruitment process and trial day-pays (probably get that set up during the recruitment process rather than after I had to pester them for 2 months).

Friendly, accommodating staff. I had a very smooth experience with them when it came to finding the most suitable role and getting a school placement. I really appreciated Matt's honesty and knowledge about the role I applied for.

Edustaff were very helpful and accommodating in finding me a position at a school that suited me. They listened to my situation with my then current employer and then supported me in finding a school that would suit my skills and then guided me during my interview process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into teaching.

Amber was great at keeping me updated with my search via email and always answered any queries that I had efficiently. She helped with my interview prep and was committed to the entire procedure, checking in with me by emailing and phoning which made me feel very confident in the company.
Everyone at EduStaff is extremely friendly and are genuinely dedicated to helping you put your foot on the career ladder.

Excellent Company

Contacted me straight away and bought me in for a quick talk and explained how their company worked. Found a job through them within a month of leaving uni, which i start in September. The role is perfect and close to where i live. Edustaff are brilliant at keeping in contact and being informative, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a graduate teaching role!

I had help from Lauren and secured my first NQT post through her support! She continuously found new opportunities for me that met my wishes and requirements. Every member of staff there is lovely, friendly and very supportive. I received an incredible service and could not recommend Edustaff enough! Looking forward to my first teaching post in September☺️
