Good experience! All the parts showed up (albeit in different orders) and everything worked. Prices were the best of the places I looked online
Good price quick shipping. The only negative was putting the filter in it's flimsy box in with two 5L oil jugs. The filter got a bit crushed, but was still usable.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with eEuroparts.
The biggest problem was the lack of clear and accurate communication throughout the return process. All communication was done by email, and the information I received was often incomplete and inconsistent.
The return shipping process was especially frustrating. The return documentation and shipping information only provided one tracking number, yet later I was told that multiple shipments were expected. This was never made clear in advance, and it created unnecessary confusion. Because of the unclear instructions, the return process became much more difficult than it should have been.
To make matters worse, I was later informed that a 20% restocking fee would be applied. I do not believe it is fair to charge customers additional fees when the return instructions and shipping information were not clearly communicated from the beginning.
Good customer service requires accurate information, transparency, and clear communication. Unfortunately, my experience with eEuroparts did not meet those expectations.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their communication and make their return process much clearer for future customers.

Poor Business Practices/Waste of Time and Effort
I ordered a Corteco 80001125 - Engine Crankshaft Pulley for the advertised price of $224.95. The order was received and processed. My credit card was charged. The following day, I returned to the website to take another look at the part and saw the item was still in stock for the price of $385.95. I was pleased that I got a good deal on it by shopping around.
The same day, I received an email stating that the part was no longer in stock and they cancelled my order. Not sure what happened, but eEuroparts but they should have honored the business transaction and completed the sale despite the reason.
I purchased the item from a reputable vendor. I will steer clear of eEuroparts in the future.
