They misrepresent their relationship…

While NewParts, Inc. points to a standard 30-day store return window listed on eBay, this completely bypasses the core issue of deceptive marketing and non-disclosure. The business advertises and sells original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts on their platforms. However, they fail to transparently disclose their actual relationship—or complete lack thereof—with these OEM manufacturers at the time of purchase....
They misrepresent their relationship with the OEMs. They sell on Ebay as "partscontainer". I bought a brake and rotor kit from them several months ago. I didnt get around to installing the equipment until May 2026. 5000 miles later one of the front left brake shims came apart. Bosch refused to honor their warranty as Newpart is not an authorized reseller. I emailed Newpart to see if they would assist as they clearly misrepresented their relationship with the OEM. They refused as this was outside their customer return policy. Be careful doing business with them and pray nothing happens to the parts after 90 days. As they will wash their hands clear of it all.

the part came to me in an open bag and taped closed looks like it was a return and then sent to me. I did install the part Wheel Speed Sensor and it did work so all is good there. When I order OEM parts Mopar I expect them to be in sealed packaging.
