A KYB strut assembly failed weak stud broken
A KYB strut assembly failed with the mount stud breaking off when tightening it. This should be a bolt defect warranty replacement but it was denied, saying it was an installation/workmanship error! If the bolt was made to the correct grade it should not break off! I could not replace it so now I'm stuck with a part that cost me $173 that is useless!
After I received a new email from Newparts I agreed to send them back the strut assembly so they will refund me the purchase price I paid them. I see they received it 8 days ago, but I am still waiting for my refund.

The packaging came all damaged
The packaging came all damaged. Products managed to work fine. You guys probably can’t do anything about this specificly but NGK needs to provide ignition coil packs to go along with their plugs and wires kits

Kit does meet factory requirements
I ordered a "kit" which contained coil pack,plug wires and plugs. Newport offered 3 choices good, better and best, I choose the middle option. Once received I realized that the included spark plugs were only single platinum and factory specifications require a double platinum plug due to waste ignition design. When I contacted newparts they would not exchange non factory spec plugs for those that met factory requirements. I could how ever return if I paid shipping and a 20% restocking fee. That total came to more than 50% of the cost of new oem spec plugs. They did offer to sell me the proper plugs at full retail and cover shipping but with all the return fees it didn't make financially responsible. I would never install parts that didn't meet factory specific requirements and it's irresponsible to offer "kits" that don't meet them either.

Because different plug types vary in cost, we couldn't do a direct swap. However, we wanted to help as much as possible by offering free shipping on your preferred plugs and a refund for the ones returned.
We always encourage reaching out to our team before ordering if you ever have questions about specs—we're always happy to help you pick the perfect kit!
Minimal time between ordering and receiving parts.
The purchased items were shipped without delay and received well packaged. When your working on a project it's a treat to not have to wait days for order processing and then shipping. I will purchase from these guys again.
