Great prices but shipping should be free for small stuff especially over $100.

NewParts.com was until now a great experience, however, your warranty system stinks. I was told follow certain instructions and I would be refunded in 2-3 business days. So far, 10 days after you all received my package ( certifiable by UPS) I still have not heard from them. I cannot in good consciousnesses refer you guys to anyone else. I sang your praises to quite a few of my friends and family only to tell them to hold off.
