We approached 3 Kitchen design / installation Companies giving them our wishes and budget parameters. One company gave a quote well over our budget whilst the other two were competitive and within our budget. This gave us the opportunity to tweak things during the more detailed design process. We elected to go with Ekco as we thought the Masterclass Kitchen was of a better quality than the other options.
On finalising the final details we were given a proposed start date and schedule of works. This was generally adhered to and we were kept informed of any variations to this. The kitchen was actually finished ahead of schedule. The installation team of fitters, plumbers, electricians, and work top installers were all very helpful and polite and pleasure to work with.
We are very happy with the end result which makes the room look bigger and brighter, and includes several features and items which were suggested by Ekco and we thought would be beyond our budget. It makes such a difference to be able to work in a kitchen with adjacent utility room which is ergonomically laid out.
We would definitely recommend using Ekco for kitchen installations.

Having had Ekco install my kitchen last year it looked fantastic. Fast forward year and I chipped on of the drawer fronts and scratched another. Calum was quick to get me a touch up kit ordered as requested and had this sent out free of charge to my home address which was very much appreciated.

Excellent experience from Ekco supplying and constructing our Glass Structure, supported by other firms Ekco regularly work with doing groundworks and electrics.

All worked together seamlessly, provided excellent service and to a consistent high standard. I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

My late partner and I ordered and bought a bi-fold door from EKCO 11 years ago. I'm now renovating my property and wanted to purchase another to match their quality product. Not only did they still have my order on record, they were able to match it almost like for like, supply and fit to my exacting requirements. The result is just perfect!

First class job of installing my new bathroom. Mat Irvine and his apprentice , Casper, have done a top quality job, Showroom Quality Bathroom. They also clean up every day and remove all the waste.

I booked a service for my bi-fold doors - they guys that came were very professional - they identified the source of my problem, rectified the issues and provided excellent advice and updates through their work. Would definitely recommend ekco - great service🤣

First class journey from viewing options to installation. Highly professional and “nice” people to deal with. Having had a dreadful experience with a Stirling based fireplace business recently this was at the other end of the spectrum. Very satisfied and worthy of the the five stars.

Have just had Ekco complete our large master bathroom. Hollie supported us through the design process and we are very happy with the outcome. The work has been completed to a high standard and we have achieved a quality finish.
The office communicated well with us over arrival times and kept us informed about deliveries and next steps. The worker were as clean and tidy in our home as they could have been and they treated our home with respect.
The only issue we felt could have been improved was the time taken to complete the work. We expected to have workers on site every day till the job was completed and this did not happen- perhaps this was an over expectation on our part.
We are still happy with the service and now have them doing another bathroom, so all round a good experience.

Amazing job from start to finish. From the start craig was great. Came up with great ideas for the placement and visuals for how it would look. Euan and karol were great with the installation and a pleasure to talk to. Very professional. Would highly recommend them. So many people have already complimented how good it is.

Tremendous experience from EKCO during installation of windows and sliding doors on new extension build. Everyone in the team right through from Callum at sales to Euan at survey keeping me informed of the manufacturing progress and to the installation guys were superb. Was really impressed with Brian, Karl and Kev`s workmanship, there attention to detail and just generally taking pride in there work. Something you don`t see much of nowadays.

I needed a warranty repair done on a bathroom fitting that EKCO had fitted over a year ago. There was some frustration on waiting for the part. But once the part was available the team were fantastic at carrying out the repair and explaining the issue to me, I would have marked higher without the part delay.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle from the sales team and Euan, Karol and Brian for the installation of my new windows and doors. Everyone was really helpful with advice and answering my questions when choosing the right product and the installation went without a hitch. I can't recommend them enough.

We received super efficient and polite service from beginning to end and from everyone we dealt with. The attention to detail after my initial phone call is something many companies could learn from. I would like to mention everyone by name but cannot recall the names; however Craig you were a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. So happy with our Bi-fold doors which were installed as promised by a very experienced and lovely team. We would not hesitate to recommend EKCO .

I have no hesitation in writing a review for Ekco. Superb service from start to finish. Craig came along measured 2 window, bifold doors and 2 roof lights. Craig is a really nice guy, Easy to deal with. Nothing is too much hassle for him and always answers your call if you have any questions for him. Definitely a 5 star service.

We are extremely satisfied with our family bathroom and cloakroom renovations! The process was straightforward from design through completion. Ekco staff were not only responsive but proactive as well, checking in along the way. The products and installation were to a very high standard and nothing was a problem to change or sort. The end result is beautiful! We would highly recommend this company.

Really impressed with the transformation of our kitchen/dining room. With the installation of Pronorm-y line handleless units, excellent storage solutions, aligned with high spec appliances from Siemens. From design to completion all the staff were very helpful and the installation team were efficient and reliable.
