Beyond impressed.
I’m the proud owner of an ADO Air 20S. Bought it via the cycle to work scheme and the Electroheads team were super helpful at every stage. Firstly, I looked high and low and not only did they have stock but they seemed the most trustworthy. And then, when I did contact them I had questions galore which they answered promptly and were reassuring knowledgeable. Secondly, it’s great that they have a space that you can test ride (ask more questions) and meet the team. Thanks thanks thanks.

Excellent electric bike selection and an absolute bargain for what you get. Was pleasantly surprised with how well their bikes rode and definitely will stay loyal to this company! Really want to try the electric foldable bike hopefully one day I will be lucky enough🤞🏼

I bought an electric scooter from this company and it was all and all a great experience I’m very happy with my scooter I can get about quickly when I need too I don’t drive so it’s very convenient for me to get about.

Lumos Helmet - arrived well packaged and fully charged. The helmet works well and means I don’t have to remember to charge my lights in winter all the time, as the helmet keeps me visible and even has indicators. Cool product.

Great informational videos and nice marketplace for browsing and buying products.

The make a fake reviews just to keep them rate, nothing of that is true, is you thing to buy from them, make sure you have time to wait more then 2-3 months for delivery and if you request for refund that’s take around 7 days for email answer and more 14 for refund

They helped me find answers to products that they do not sell. In fact I enjoy Ms Eilis Barrett dancing and acting talent. Whether on youtube or tiktok.
But as I had a problem and they solved it. That is bring the best of British past to modern times.
That is sadly missing from most companies today.
So I bought a £2-00 raffle ticket from them.

I haven't bought anything, but if i had the money the would definetly buy an e-bike from them.

Very knowledgeable on all electric bikes! Nice to go on their YouTube channel and view all their reviews etc!

Poor customer service. Late delivery of bike and poor comms, then an issue with my brakes two weeks after purchase and poor, slow comms again.
