Jeżeli zamówisz do 14ej obiecujemy dotrze następnego dnia. To kłamstwo . Nie po to płacę dużo pieniędzy za towar żeby leżał pod drzwiami 10 dni, ktoś go może ukraść. Skoro tak się reklamując żel dotrze w jeden dzień , skorzystałem, ale zawiodłem się.

We unfortunately don't have confirmed information on how this happened, all we know is that it was collected as we would expect, and then they haven't scanned it beyond being picked up from us.

KSadly fenton home speakers don't bother buying them, cone is made of paper my 8hmz Sony amp should have been perfect for 8hmz fentons Sadly not, without have amp on high which I dont ever do afte 4 mouths the speakers just went on me while I was listening to music, contacted you about this matter and your answer was you had them to loud my fault plus only had 60 days warranty but that isnt the point the speaker are rubbish, customer service is poor so I hope this review stay up because customer need to know how you deal with them, 50bpounds isnt a lot of money really the point is the speakers cone is paper poorly made one unhappy camper my name is john tuvey after reading your reply if thr speakers blow its because there poorly made, I choose your speakers because they would work with my amp.. your just a poorly run company using any reason not to correct the issue, its done now I just hope no sucker has to waste their money buying your poorly made speakers

As was discussed with our customer service team, we offer a 2 year manufacturing warranty with our product, which your speakers were returned under. After our inspection of the goods, we found the drivers to be blown, and this is not an issue covered as a manufacturing fault.
We are still happy to provide the service of a repair on the speakers, but this is a chargeable option as it is not covered by the manufacturing warranty. If you would wish to proceed with this outcome, please reach out to our customer service team who will be happy to help get this resolved.

Great product and customer service. My parcel was “lost” by Evri but Electromarket quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent, via In-Post, which I received the next day. I found customer service to be excellent and no hanging on the phone for hours waiting for a representative to answer.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I ordered a PA system from them which came without the advertised speaker cables. I called and was promised they would be dispatched, 4 days later I chased them and was told nothing had been arranged! So a next day delivery would be sorted so I could still use the equipment for a function coming up. I call the next day to track the shipment and the cables still hadn’t been dispatched! They offered no solutions to a problem caused by them, now faced with either passing on a booked job or returning the item and purchasing from a store I was then told I would have to pay for packaging to send it back.
Avoid this company as they do not care about their customers or resolving issues caused by their own lack of ability to check a package before sending and continued failure to rectify it!
Update
I was called up as a result of this post and the gentleman who wanted to fix things and wanted to listen, we weren’t able to make miracles happen but he could tell me what he could do and made it happen. I can’t ask for more than that it’s just a shame neither of the previous people I spoke to came through with any of their guarantees
