As a family, we have purchased multiple televiisons from electronic world and we have found them to be an honest, moral and transparent company. They always stand by their tvs and if there are any issues, they are resolved well. Our Sony led tv developed a fault outside of the warranty period and they heavily discounted the repair which they didn't need to do. Will definitely use again

What a company. There was an individual from Birmingham impersonating and claiming to be from this company. He sells on Facebook marketplace. He promised the world but my instinct told me there was something fishy going on so i contacted this company through their website and went down to their shop store. They confirmed that this person has nothing to do with them and they even beat the price he was offering. The tv we purchased developed a fault 8 months in and they brought it in for a repair. When they couldnt repair it, they offered us an equivalent exchange that was a slight upgrade, but they didnt charge us the £20 difference. Have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are a credit to small businesses in the Uk that are sadly so rare nowadays.

Birmingham shop was difficult to find but we buy 65" OLED Panasonci and save big money. Zahid bhai was really nice in shop.

Never really thought of buying graded but so glad i came across this company on Google. The 83 inch Samsung oled i was interested in was significantly cheaper than the big 3 retailers. It didnt come in the original box but i was super happy that the delivery team brought it into my home and unpacked it in my living room. They didnt fit it but were helpful and arrived when they said they would. Really happy with my purchase and will seriously consider this company in the future. Thank you.

Repaired my 55 Lg CX6 in a week and has been performing great ever since. The tv was out of warranty so LG turned their back on me and everyone was quoting absurd amounts to repair the tv which had a line on the screen. Contacted them and they put a new screen in miles cheaper than everyone else. Updated the factory software too so i am proper chuffed. When this one finally gives up, i will definitely be buying my next tv from here.

I paid for a tv 459£ they lied i week it's on the way, never delivered, yesterday said they never had the tv and to choose another to swap or ask refund. They never answered again. 12 emails with me choosing other tvs and watch them changed status to sold out. When I called, twice. At first they said they are the electronics world but when i said i paid for a tv suddenly the shop doesn't have tvs, it closed c2 weeks ago and other lies.

First tv delivered a fault within a month but exchange was made quickly and easily. was positively surprised with the email responses as was worried before reading some of the reviews on here. all good now and i will be back for my next TV.

I have bought 2 TVs in the last month from them, a lg c3 77 inch and a lg c4 83 inch.
The c3 you can’t see the mark that they described on website, it’s near perfect screen and got it for an absolute snip of a price so that’s why I decided to buy another one. The c4 you can see the marks a bit more but still not noticeable when watching tv and saved genuinely thousands of pounds on both TVs . The only thing is they are slow to reply to emails if at all and you start to worry especially on my first order but you can’t fault the TVs they sell and the descriptions . I would never buy a tv from anywhere else now I have found this company . Absolutely brilliant

Saved around £350 off brand new price, packaging wasn't original but not really too bothered once it setup cant you cant tell the difference.

Delivery was quick and easy. The Tv was packaged well and works nicely. Very pleased.

6 Tvs so far from Electronic World. We always pop into the shop for the best deals. Never let us down so far. Our oldest tv is 8 years in and still going. Cannot recommend highly enough

When my daughter fell off her horse and broke several bones, there was a long road to recovery at home. We decided to order her a smart tv so she could browse wirthout needing to focus on a smartphone. We ordered from another company that let us down when the tv arrived late and in bits. Electronic world came through and really stepped up. The LG QNED was perfect and cheaper than everyone else. My daughter has since recovered but we'll always be thankful for the great service and product delivered.

Needed a TV as gift for my father. Went to electronic world and am very happy with the item delivered. Box was not the Samsung one but everything else was spot on. 5 stars
